Poor customer service. I like going to this meat market but I called to see if they have chips im looking for and only spoke Spanish and did ask if anyone else spoke English which I know they do. Did try to speak in Spanish the best I can the phone went silent and I assumed she went to go look for the item but hung up on me after a couple of minutes waiting.

They serve very badly in the kitchen. As soon as they notice things to you and they will come back angry

Love their meat section as well as the restaurant/prepared food section. I only wish they had more English speaking employees there. I was fortunate on my last visit there to have another customer that was able to translate for me.

The cashiers always have bad treatment. I asked for a medicine and the cashier made me look bad as if I was asking for something for free.

I went in here and new it was a Spanish store for the Mexican immigrants we have in Texas, it was like being in another country loved it. Anyone looking for a vacation were you don't have to travel far this is it just loved it. Friendly people had to get a translator to help me at times but everyone was willing to help. Pretty Lady's here Also.
