So as usual, the website and phone system is not working. Always happens at the end of the month when rent is due. Can pay only on the website- so there’s that. Been with them 4 years, since they shut down the office, service has been horrible. Just want to get my stuff out of there. Don’t use this place unless you enjoy giving your hard earned $$$ to be treated poorly.It's terrible that I can only communicate with you through a Google review. You need to call that number- it states you are closed and offers a dial by name option only. Ugh.

Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time here there are other storage facilities in the area. I called to reserve a unit and after providing all my details the operator told me they would need an associate to process the payment. I waited for a call back for days without response. I've been checking my account constantly in case of fraud. They have no physical office so you can't speak to someone in person. After calling back and letting them know I never recieved a call back I was told no ETA of a call back could be provided and if I wanted to do business elsewhere I could. If you want to risk doing business with them dont provide credit card info without confirmation rental can be completed.

Called three times and each time my name and number was taken and I was told somebody would get back to me... have never heard from anybody, and the operator at the main number just told me she can't do anything to help but pass a message to the site management. No thanks, I will find a higher rated solution for my needs!

Since they have switched Ownership the service has been the worst I ever received. Please do not use this place for storage. If you do you will never have anyone to call you back. You will only speak to the call center and leave messages. I am switching storage ASAP! I was with them for over 7 years.

The manager's customer service, overall basic people skills & attitude definitely need an adjustment. Whether in person, the day I rented a unit, or on the phone, the one time I called to ask a question, I'm still wondering why I'm willingly giving this person almost $100 a month after being treated like a second class citizen.

This is a very wonderful place to store your furniture and most anything else. A very large facility that is very,very nice and clean. Have an opportunity to store new furniture in a climate controlled section that is also very nice and clean. The person that assisted me made everything easy for me and was willing to help in every way possible to make my transition easy 5 🌟's for this place.

I've enjoyed going every month and paying for my unit just because of the friendly service. She worked with me when I needed a unit immediately. This is my last month using this place. Happy to be done but sad to not have to go back just for a chat :)
