I’m so glad that my NICU case manager highly recommend Sparrow. It’s is an amazing company. Derrick the home RT goes above and beyond to help you understand the equipment and to provide everything you need. He is super friendly and very professional. If I need anything I call him and he is happy to help. I would highly recommend Sparrow to anyone that needs their service.

My experience at Sparrow Home Care was great. They are very professional and have great customer service. They were quick with helping me get the supplies my son needed for his asthma and were very knowledgeable and educated. Location is convenient and I will definitely be coming back for all my families asthma needs.

I recently purchased a nebulizer for my 3 year old from Sparrow Home Care, and I can’t say enough how much we love this amazing machine! Derrick was extremely helpful, and quick. The same day my daughter’s doctor sent over the prescription, I got a phone call saying they had received it and they got the ball rolling right away. The old nebulizer had to be plugged into the wall to work, and it was slow, and loud. This one is cordless, which allows my busy little one to move around while doing her treatment. The mist is much finer than the previous one we owned, keeping her face dry also. This is the newest and greatest technology and I’m so happy that we used this company. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this company for your home medical supply needs. They are professional, knowledgeable, timely, and very friendly! Thanks again! -Ashley Gaines, satisfied customer
