If I coulld give ZERO stars I would/ Apparently if you submit a bad review and company response " we will get with management to correct" is a lie. No improvements have been made with this store-Come on!!! The higher ups should care about the way this store is run... Or not ?

LADY on night shift was mad cause I look to good for my age thought she was busting someone for underage buying beer lol on my day off in my country my state my Ancestors land how dear She!!! I live over an hour away, stopped for gas, got a few items from inside the store, and decided to go through the Cefco car wash… the car wash will only accept $10, $5, and $1s so I put two $10’s in and selected the ultimatum wash ($12.00) - ($20.00) = $8.00 back to me plus a top car wash however I received NOTHING… no car wash, no change, not even my $20.00 back. I then went to the the cashier and told him what happened… his response was “you will have to come back in the morning and talk to the manager” I let him know that I live over an hour away .., his response “there is nothing I can do about it” …. That is unacceptable! Cefco you need to update some of your policies and procedures because in a world where customer service and how a customer’s problems are solved will determine your growth from town to town not just this location! #levelup #CGB

Solid gas station. Good space between pump rows. Easy to drive around. There's a car wash and a convenience store.

The pumps are modern and are fully functional. There was a great deal of space between the rows of pumps, making it easy to drive around and exit the convenience store. There is also a car wash.The convenience store carries pretty much everything you'd expect for a quick stop along the road. When I went in, the man in front of me was cashing in lottery tickets!

The night shift employee is horrible. Long dark hair, red truck. We have walked out the last 3 visits because of his unprofessionalism, attitude, demeanor. I don't understand why he still works there. If i see his vehicle, we don't go there.

I go to this Cefco because of Jennifer,she's nice,she's professional and she's always pleasent,I'm not gonna take any stars away from this Cefco from what I experienced tonight because everyone I deal with are outstanding,but on this night 10/17/2022 at 7:30 pm I had the worst customer service I have ever had in my life by this young lady,Everybody speak when you walk in Cefco so I automatically speak,didn't receive no greeting,walked up to the counter and spoke again ,she looked away,I asked her was she alright she shook her head slightly and looked at me like as if I was bothering her when I asked her for a bag for my purchase she just threw it on the counter and looked at me as to say "Bag your own stuff"...If anyone from corporate or manager read this,please retrain this young lady,speak with her about customer service,lots of Veterans like myself come through that store and I would not want to tell my V.F.W. about the treatment and make that place a no fly zone because I do love that Cefco,but this young lady is definitely not concerned with customer service or just being a nice person,please reach out to her,maybe have Jennifer train her on how to treat customers,trust me jennifer is the only reason I'm not giving one star.

Had to stop for fuel. Very nice and clean. Employees were nice and friendly. Plus I had to get some of the Yogurt. Mmmm, hit the spot on this very hot day. ?'s for this Cefco
