my company recently switched to this provider and there are 0 providers in my city. The phone maze is no joke, every time I mention the lack of providers they transfer me to someone else. it's been an hour and I still have no answers. I wish we would have Kept BCBS then maybe I could still get medical care.

Service center for both members and providers is terrible. Calls go unanswered, or disconnect which is the case 90% of the time. The portal is awful. Worst insurance company I have ever experienced.
