“The readiness and usefulness of the truck was great, as well as the customer service. However, the truck smelled heavily of Cigarette smoke, which made the driving of the truck uncomfortable and in someways, unbearable. I would appreciate a non-smoking truck the next time I rent from U-Haul.”

“Called and had great service asking about renting a trailer. He said he'd put a hold on it and I arrived within 10 minutes ... Showed up and it was a different story, different sales rep, different timeline. Like moving all on it's own isn't stressful enough. Hopefully we can get it done a few hours faster than planned. It went from 5pm in the call, to 3 pm to a 1:15pm return time pretty quickly LMAO. Like a backwards auction ?? The other U-Haul spots were booked out so ... This is our only hope ????”
