PLEASE RUN IF YOU SEE THIS COMPANY COMING ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR PROPERTY THEY WILL DESTORY ITTAKE MY WORD FOR IT. I'm tenant from apartment complex have discover damages to my sofa and my curtains sets and rods. And I discover my car radio missing. The movers was very very unprofessional and didn't have all the proper supplies to move our belongings. They did not wrap anything or protect anything. That resulting in a big gash and scrape on my brand new sofa set. The movers was fighting and arguing with one another making everything awkward and unprofessional. Dropping my food and belonging out of the boxes. Some clothing got damage and they threw boxes on top of things that was unboxed resulting in damaging some things and mixing things that was already in the garage with things from upstairs I still haven't located everything do to overstocking and stacking. I tried reaching out to report these things and haven't been successful in contacting anyone no one answering or reaching back I have left multiple voicemails. I started calling on the 18th and no one has yet to contact me. I also misssing items that was delivered to my unit. This company is so so unprofessional and they even accuse me of damage my own property like I moved it and they resemble my child bunk bed wrong and it collapse on top of my three years old child I'm so disgusTed over the service and customer service. PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING YOU WILL COMPLETELY REGRET IT. They still haven't reach out to me or paid for the damages and THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR NAME.Sent from my iPhone

This company has become the worst. Unprofessional, not efficient and poor customer service! I moved a one bedroom apartment and was charged $1327.00 for a move that should have taken no longer than 4 hours total. The move was only 10miles apart.The workers took forever and damaged my wood stairs, broke my Peloton treadmill, put my adjustable bed back together incorrectly to extend the time. WARNING DO NOT USE!!!! The owner had to come and was super unfriendly and was basically treating me like it was my fault that his workers took 7 hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment with 4 men!!! Will tell everyone I know to not use them, the worst!!! Would have given a zero star but not an option.

Needed help moving since I am a single mom so I called them several weeks ago to schedule. I move this Saturday, it is Wednesday and I just got a call saying that he is cancelling. Not an attempt to reschedule, not an attempt to rectify, just a oh well sorry.

It's a shame that companies hire people like these to represent them. I was parked eating my lunch near a whataburger parking lot off of Little York and 59N. These poor excuse of citizens and A-Rocket employees just casually littering without a care in the world. Out of 8 employees that I saw in or near this van, NOT one took the initiative to clean this up.

We had these movers pack up my mom's one bedroom apt in Houston. It was done in 3 hours. Then we paid them to drive to Lewisville and unpack it. All went well and I would recommend.

I moved on April 1 2021 from a 3rd floor to a 1st floor apartment in Temple TX. John at Rocket Movers called me immediately after I submitted a move request. He was polite, professional and involved with the move from start to finish. The two gentlemen that arrived to conduct the move were on time, friendly, fast and careful with my items. They went above and beyond in helping me get my move accomplished. with no damage. The only semi-negative was the price.... it seemed a bit high for such a short, easy move. Nonetheless - I would rather pay a little more and have a good quality team, than pay less and have my items disrespected. Good Job Rocket Movers!

The crew that helped us were great and very accommodating! They moved a lot of furniture upstairs for us including an oversized item and were wonderful with it. They moved quickly and purposefully being cognizant of cost to the customer, which I’m sure is appreciated by all their customers. Would definitely use this company in the future and recommend them to friends!
