One of the nicer hotels in the area. The staff is super friendly, and the complementary breakfast is pretty good. The room was awesome, spacious, updated, everything worked.Rooms: The room had all the required, amenities, full-size refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, television. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are hot and will not cool. Sheets are worn and possibly not clean. There were black specs in the bed… Silverware was not clean. Trash in hallways. The suite looked nice but needs to be kept better. Very upset for what I paid. I expect better for Marriott.

Was given a handicap room. Which isn’t a huge deal but would feel really bad if someone who actually needed the room needed to check in. There was a pretty gnarly sock left under the bed. Three dead cockroaches in the room. Enough long black hairs to knit my 14 month old a sweater. I can say if you like cats you will love this place. We counted 7 at one time hanging out around the pool and gym area. Even caught one drinking out of the pool! Just expected more from a Marriott property.Walkability: Walking distance of a crunch fitness

Nothing wrong with the cleanliness, the furniture, or the general state of things. However, it's 2024 and the TV service needs to be upgraded to the streaming options. Staff, especially Mikayla, were very sweet and helpful. Being next to the expressway, the cinema, a strip mall with a decent restaurant makes for a good location.

I came to this awful place after a 16 hour work day and tried to check in at 11:42 at night and I’ve been waiting in the lobby for an hour and nobody still has come to the counter!! I called and no answer, I could literally take what I wanted with nobody around for that long! THE OWNER MUST BE PROUD OF SPENDING MONEY FOR NOTHING! Finally got checked in and came to my room smelled of ugly cigarettes and a dirty sock ? left behind from a previous visitor!!! THANKS FOR THE HORRIBLE STAY

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Robin and Kamron did very well. I have a client meeting in the Belton area. I live in between two city’s Austin and Dallas I travel this way a lot, some one stole my wallet.after I had made a reservation at Fairfield. They were in able to uphold my reservation. I called Robin to see if she could help. Which she did the last room In whole hotel she reserved for me and with three different forms of ID I was able to check in. My room is clean, sheets are fresh and tidy, smells great as well!!. Thank you residence Inn staff Temple Texas!!
