Buyer beware, we just had them come in for a "design consultation", we are collecting quotes and the reviews seemed good. He went through the entire sales pitch and themln started with materials and my spidey sense went off when they said they don't use tile but a "proprietary" material that's "meant to last"... I let him continue and then came the quote. For a bathroom that is no more than 7x9... $64k and that didn't include everything, no new door, no new mirror, no new lights, no walls taken down, no new electrical. Like this is just basic shower and crappy tiny vanity, the toilet was even staying. But wait there's more, I can do just the shower for $24k. That's 3x what the avg price is in our area, 3x what 4 other remodelers quoted me. Steer clear of this place, it's over priced plastic garbage. These design consultants are sales ppl and they are rats.

We recently had one of our bathrooms remodeled with and we are very happy with the finish room! James Curry did the entire demolition & installation ALL by himself & was just absolutely wonderful!! He did an amazing job & was so quiet & clean & professional! He answered any and all questions we had during the process! I would 100% love to have James come back for another remodel project!!
That being said, I was a little disappointed with the lack of communication from the “higher ups” in the process. We were told in our design consultation that it would only take a week M-F at most & they wouldn’t start until all products & supplies were in to ensure a quick install. We ordered & booked our project at the beginning of May & it took until July to get everything in. They called & scheduled the installation & ensured us everything was ready to begin. However, when they arrived to start the project, our countertop was no where to be found. Not sure what happened with that because we were told we would be contacted about it & never were. No one other than James ever contacted or spoke with us again. I am very grateful for James’ work & professionalism & for him handling the situation as gracefully as he could! (Unlike his other team members working on our project)
Thank you James for all you do! You are amazing at your job!! Highly recommend his services!!

Great 1st Re-Bath experience! Their installer (Humberto R.) just completed the shower insert installation and the glass doors were professionally-installed by James C. We’re thrilled with their work! Installation was prompt and courteous. The room was thoroughly cleaned upon completion and they were very professional with going over the completion paperwork and explaining the warranty coverage and 'care' instructions with me. Very satisfied with this remodel experience!

James Curry completed the bathroom remodeling of both of our bathrooms ahead of schedule.
James arrived promptly everyday and typically finished each day's work before 4:00 pm.
He covered the flooring from our front door all the way to the bathrooms.
James left absolutely no mess behind.
James was very courteous, professional and personable.
My husband and I are very happy with the speed in which the project was completed, the professionalism and final the finished project.
We really loved the finished edges of the shower walls against the drywall. It looks very nice.
Overall we were impressed with James efficiency and professionalism and his expertise in his work. James attention to detail was remarkable.
I would highly recommended James Curry for bathroom remodeling projects.

From start to finish we had wonderful service. When we met withe estimator we felt no pressure to purchase a contract, the sales rep was extremely competent and responded to all our questions and concerns. We had another sales pitch from a nation wide company, that young rep gave us a nice sales pitch, but our deciding factor was ReBaths rep addressed all our concerns.
When the project started the workman was very competent, explained each phase and cleaned up at the end of the day. The end product looks great and so functional, no more tube to climb into.
We highly recommend ReBath, we give them a five plus.

We recently renewed our shower, and I have to say that we are 100% plus satisfied with the final product. The shower, glass door and fixtures looks beautiful. Everything was professionally done! Re-bath customer service is awesome. Mr. Elvie Hudson, the installer's representative who worked on this project, took his time to ensure everything was done right (which I love). He ensured everything was perfectly completed. He was very nice, polite and kept my husband and I informed at all times of the process. The project took 4 days to be completed and everything was done by Mr. Hudson. Also, a Re-bath sales person came on day three to check to ensure everything was fine and to answer our questions. I highly recomend this company, therefore I'm giving Re-bath five stars!!!!

In May we decided it was time to upgrade our shower for my elderly mother. Had an appointment with Tj and he made a video brought out a camera with us not in the room to show nasty organisms living in the corner and making it a better choice to get this done. Made a great spill about we take all your walls where your existing tub is down to bare studs and if anything needs replacing that they will replace and reinsulate and put another wall up. When it came to the floor they will pull out your existing and move our drain and if anything needs replacing that they would take care of it. Also if you do not currently have pex pipe that all the plumbing will get changed out. Stated they are in the business of getting it done right the first time. Stated that they would clean up behind themselves along the way no mess, then he would pop in to see how things were going then do our final walk through after a fews days of them being done to see how we liked it or if anything needed to change. Great!!! Signed, then a week later we needed to make a change, Tj was hard to get ahold of, i texted him, called him no answer. Finally had to call the office and a vary nice lady answered(ashley) was terrific. She sent him a message for Tj to call me. Finally he called, i stated i needed to move a shelf, he said i would need to sign that it was being moved. Tj said he would call me and let me know when he was sending it. Called the office again afterwards with ashley asking for Tj to call that I never got the email. Also said I never got a welcome call like I was told i was going to get as well. Two weeks went by, by this time im concerned our stuff is not ordered nor we are going to be on schedule for the 6 to 8 week lead time. Finally, I called back and spoke to ashley again and this time she got me in touch with Josh which is a mgr that used to be design consultant. He assured me everything was ordered. I told him i did not get my welcome call like we was told we would. I told him i felt that maybe we needed someone else. Josh said he would take it over. Josh said the next phone call we would get would be through one of their teams to say where we at with the product. Great, felt good again, end of June got a call from jennifer stating all product was there and time to schedule install. We scheduled for starting july 1 and be done on the 3rd then if not would come back on friday to finish. Sounded great!! Was exciting and so was mom expecting this great shower for her. Monday came, George came in was very polite, made suggestions on some add ons that he could install if we purchase. Took such care in the bathroom,wrapped everything, layed down drop cloths, did not even know he was there. End of day on monday inspected what he done and immediately i felt concerned. Day 1 was demo day, we were told all walls would go to bare studs. One wall was completely where the plumbing was, the other end was a quarter of the wall missing to studs,the back wall was still intact and the base was already sitting in the place. I texted josh and he said thats what he was supposed to do and george would finish demo the next day. I stated what we were told by Tj and he said George was on schedule and he would get the back part out the next day. I was asking questions and then josh said sorry im not a project manager. By now i am very concerned. Tuesday came my wife spoke to george and i texted him,he sent pictures of the floor and then he cut out part of the back wall to show me that there was no damage. I stated to him that it was what we were told we were sold on the job. The floor was repaired only where he moved and replaced the drain. The floor was not taken up like were told it would be. When I got home from work George and i spoke that he does not know why we are told that. Job was done, got told if ever needs resealed i would have to do it or pay them. We never got a final walk through. Only call was bout releasing the final payment and Tj would be calling. I would not recommend them to anyone,overcharge and lie. Very disappointed in the service!

I asked for an estimate on tub to shower conversion ONLY and keep the present trim work just tak out the middle I did ask for a bench type seat and wanted something easy to clean lol I currently hav marble and it's alot of work so I'm downgrading u can say...mind u my entire house is only 1100 square feet and I hav one bathroom SMALL bathroom can u guess what the price was gonna be.....wait for it ....21000.00 actually more I just stopped staring when I saw the 21 lol and told the guy to leave...buyer beware..what a rip off

The install and process was so easy! James Curry was so awesome in building our beautiful bathtub shower combo and really took his time make sure everything was done right! He involved us in every step and that was super fantastic! Very professional and friendly as well! Now I can't wait to put the finishing touches on our bathroom! What a great and stress free experience!

James and Elvie did our bathroom remodel. They called us every morning to let us know they were enroute. They laid runners on floors and carpet so they didn't damage them. They had quite a job ahead of them having to jack hammer the shower seat. They worked non-stop keeping us informed every step of progress. Every day they cleaned up before they left. I can not say enough how hard they worked. Both of them were so pleasant to work with and answered all our questions. They made sure to accommodate me as I am handicapped with mobility issues.
Upon completion of their scope of work they reviewed all the work that had been accomplished. I have one more bathroom to remodel and would request them.
