Shaun acted like I was terribly inconveniencing him & he rushed me so intently I had to ask him where the fire was. I was just trying to ship a package and mail a letter. Also the woman that runs the place does not want any of her employees checking the customers mailbox for mail. I believe that service is SUPPOSED to be a perk where it helps justify the exuberant mailbox prices. I only call once a week but some of these people pick and choose who they want to help. The woman that runs things is rude & downright mean. She constantly complains that she is having to do her job. She doesn't want to be bothered. I guess that's why there is a NOW HIRING SIGHN on the front door. After I get my mail business done , I will also be DONE WITH THIS PLACE. I mean if you took a job to be nice to people & it's not working for you...Theres always a spot on the road crew or a warehouse worker or something other then dealing with people if you don't like to.Give us a break .Please help Corperate!!!
