“By far the best oil change and other things I needed done at my request on both my cars today and they were fast, friendly and accommodating and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. I showed up about 5:00 or 5:30 hoping they would still be open, they are open until 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday which is definitely a plus.

“My ford expedition engine light came on I read all of the reviews about the Ford dealership in Killeen, Texas and they were not good. I read the review on Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple and I only saw one bad review so I took my expedition to them. I was told I needed certain repairs done after they ran a diagnostic on all of the items I listed one of the parts I had repaired turns out could have waited the part that can't really wait will now have to wait because it's just as expensive as the part that I had repaired over $2,000 Ford won't help with the cost because they say my vehicle is too old even though I just had a Ford dealership put a brand new engine in it. Justin did his best to try to get them to help me with the cost of the repair but he was told my truck is too old.He went out of his way to help me out. I'm a little disappointed how my case was handled, but I am glad to have my truck back.”

I have used them multiple times and each time continue to be blown away by their servant heart. Lindsay is the heartbeat of this place - super knowledgeable with the industry and so very well connected. She is always upfront & transparent about costs. The older employee (with a grey beard and no visible name tag) was pleasant; however, his humor was lost on me. Prices are a bit steep compared to other places. Unknown if I would return...”

“I send all my fleet vehicles to this location. They are fast, affordable, and get my trucks back on the road without having to sit them down to be serviced. This business has been in business for over 40 years, with one owner, which tells you they know what they are doing. Other shops in town you don't even know who you are dealing with, with this shop, The Oil Exchange, you know exactly who you are dealing with. They also have very hard to find parts, so if you have an older car, rest assured they will have your filter. Good Job guys!”
“I wanted to leave a good review for Jose, Justin and the kind sir who answered the call. My car’s battery had completely died at my job, after getting my vehicle jump started I needed my battery replaced urgently. At 6:55pm, 5 minutes before they closed, they completely replaced by battery with no hesitation. Thank you for taking care of people like me, who needed a batter 3 minutes before y'all closed.”

“These guys were awesome, im in town from Pennsylvania they got me in and out, and they dont accept the corporate coupons but you dont need them, they are the cheapest ive ever had, full synthetic way cheaper than anywhere ive been, even offered me a drink while i waited, 5 stars plus, highly recommend ?”
