What fun but have to say store was a mess due to them setting Easter and restocking. Was a good selection but not everything was stocked. I did find what I needed but had to order online to get what I wanted. Took a star off for that otherwise was ok staff was great. Be ready to show your coupons or you don't get the discount.

Second time I have gone to this store and have been disappointed in their customer service. First time I called looking for the Cricut Maker. I was told by a manager they had 1 left. I drove 30 minutes & when I got there, I was told that they didn't have the Cricut Maker, but it's another brand that they had in the Manager Office. Today I go to pick up an online order. I called, was put on hold for 10 minute. I decide to go inside, was told they where just getting ready to ask for my order #. Didn't have it, but gave my name. Was told no because I needed the order number. I walked off and went of to Hobby Lobby, customer service there was amazing and bought for a much less. I will not shop this Michaels again and will sure tel everyone about their poor customer service and the terrible drive up, pick service. Will see if they actually credit me back or if I'll have to call to get my money back.

Good variety of stuff in here and I hit it on a art supplies sale I was super excited everything was organized and clean seemed like only a couple of people were working so there was no greeting at the door but the check out lady was really nice!! Will definitely be coming back I got shelves for my vanity that I made

I can find just about anything I need at Michael's. When I need help with framing a picture I will trust no one else in Temple.

The girl who checked out our products (sorry! forgot her name!) was sweet as could be, young, hispanic, lady, she was just so nice, friendly, and helpful. She allowed me to use my coupon for my stuff and then allowed me to use it for my husband when he checked out as well since his screen is cracked. Thank you so much! Other places would tell us we can't do this, one per customer etc. but she had no problem with it. She made friendly conversation and another employee, a young man helped me find a few things. All of the employees seemed friendly and helpful but not pushy or suspicious as we wandered around the store, newbies to art. Thank you guys! Appreciate your kindness, we will be back!

Very disappointed that this stores shopping carts does accommodate for baby car seats. I went to the store yesterday and was in shock of how small the carts where. I don't plan on carry a car seat with my baby in it around the store. I walked into the store to get a cart and couldn't believe the size. They are so small, they are basically a basket on wheels. Come on Michaels get it together and have bigger carts. The size of your store, should have BIG carts. Disappointed customer!

I like this location. The thing about Michael's is the iPhone app. The app has the weekly coupon on it and at the register they just scan it for what ever the weekly value. That is a awesome feature no need to have to clip coupons, or remember the coupon for that matter. The jewelry is priced too high, but the weekly specials and or coupon usually helps off set some of the cost for that. Overlall this is a good location, the employees are nice, the store and bathroom is always clean and they have a great variety of items for all types of things.

The staff is friendly and helpful... but not pushy. I love to linger over everything in the yarn and jewelry supplies aisles. I could never work here because I would not make it home with any of my paycheck!
