I bought my bed frame online and had an issue with it. A repair man was sent out and said it was the motor but it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the part. After what I felt was a run a round I called 31st store a spoke with Robert he got this issue resolved with a new frame being delivered in 2 days. ROBERT YOU’RE AWESOME!!!
