I received a massage from this place one time, for some reason after that I start getting $80 removed from my bank account for a “membership” I apparently signed up for. When I tried to resolve this issue there’s a apparently nobody I can talk to of the matter. The manager has yet reached out to me even when I called every week until the membership supposedly “expired” and now I just have to accept the fact they took money from me and they have yet tried to resolve the issue. Very unprofessional

I canceled my Membership in November, I moved 450 miles away so I did by phone.. I was assured since I was so far away they told care of it. In December the payment came out, ok, I thought it’s a timing issue. January come along and they deduct it again, I spoke with “Bernice” the manager of 3 location including Temple,TX and she assured me my membership was cancelled and I would receive a refund… never happened… Today February 15, 2024 it came drafted again!!!On top of all this they won’t even give me a gift certificate for the money in my Massage Envy account!!!Total ripoff!!! Don’t join! My next step is Better Business Bureau and the Texas Attorney General’s office!

I had a membership with Massage Envy for over a year. After a substantial price hike, I decided to cancel my membership. I went down to the location, filled out and signed the cancellation request form, they even made me a copy of the form that I submitted. I trusted that my membership fees would stop but they did not. They have continued to charge me for the past 9 months. When I tried to dispute this, nobody is available that can finalize the membership cancellation or stop the charges. I had to cancel my card to get it to stop. I still can't get a call back from the manager to discuss this.

I recently started a very physically demanding job. Ashley gave an Awsome deep tissue massage that relieved tension immediately! I recommend Ashley and Massage Envy to anyone who is stressed!

Pathetic Customer Service. I have been a member for 6 years in my state of California. Come here and join them, they never honor their timed appointments. Whenever i scheduled one, they called same day and said its only 90 min and you have to pay extra money. I ended up cancelling and had credits left which they did not even honor at all. Pathetic service and manager is never available to talk.

I just experienced one of the most knowledgeable and sweetest aesthetician. LaNeeka thank you for the amazing facial! The manager who assisted me was also very nice which lead to a smooth transaction.

The staff is awesome except for the fact you pay for 30 minutes and actually get 20. However beware!! They don't tell you when you join it's for a year and make it very hard to cancel. I missed a bunch of appointments and the manager said they would freeze every other month. That was a lie. They took out $80 EVERY month and it was supposed to be $65! I paid for 6 hours I never went. They actually had the gull to call me twice wanting my new debit card number!

STAY AWAY! 10 min late, THEY cancel appoinment and ask to reschudle and STILL charge the ENTIRE AMOUNT. i would've been ok receiving 40min massage and pay for the full hour instead of being told to reschedule and get charged the ENTIRE amount. BE AWARE!

I have been going to this location for 3 years or so and it’s been one of the best decisions. I have never had a bad experience, always leave feeling relaxed, rested and generally fantastic. The membership is a great value as well.I would recommend Chazz, he is very professional and great at making your feel comfortable.

I’ve literally never been disappointed here. All the massage therapists have been great, but the massage I had tonight with Ashley K. was legendary!! She was incredible!!!

This place completely let me down. I wanted to do something nice for my better half so I purchased her a gift card for a massage. Having a house full of kids, everything must be planned out. We called on a Sunday and talked to a gentleman. He helped schedule the appointment for that upcoming Saturday. All week she was getting very excited as time went for her much needed massage. She arrives for her appointment to only find out that the gentleman NEVER booked her appointment. All that time spent picking a day and time he recommended and he didn’t even put her down in the system. She was told she could reschedule her appointment for another day but isn’t that what we did in the first place? So after realizing we lost all faith in massage envy they told us to call their 1-800 number and book the appointment that way. So this location is so unorganized they can’t even book their own appointments they have to rely on someone else to do it. Also they never offered or tried to fight their wrong. Never offered anything complimentary for their huge mistake. Be aware of this place. We went over all their online reviews before we booked the appointment. Majority of them were about bad management and guess what….they were right!

BEWARE OF MEMBERSHIP.I had a membership here and when life got hectic and I could no longer go regularly, I cancelled my membership. I had 17 massages I had paid for but was told I had to use them by a months time. That is absolutely ridiculous. That is complete robbery. I paid for those massages and I don’t agree with their “policy”.I called to try and sort something out but the front desk receptionists were not hearing me. I asked to speak to the manager several times but they always said she wasn’t in. One time a receptionist went as far as to have me on hold and answer the phone as if she was the manager. This location is a complete joke.

I love massage envy, just not this location. I travel a lot and love being able to use my membership wherever I go. I however will NEVER be back to this location. The massage I had was nothing special but my experience with the manager left me with an awful feeling. She rudely interrupted the front desk associate and myself when I was checking out. I was simply asking about switching therapists next time I return but was berated because apparently that was their lead therapist and any issues I had must have been my fault. I was not angry or making any derogatory remarks about the therapist, just trying to explain what I was looking for for a better experience next time. I’ve been getting massages for years and have never had an issue asking for a different therapist next time. I feel her stepping in and the tone she used was completely unnecessary. I came in for relaxation and muscle release and instead left angry, belittled and more tense than when I arrived. Come on massage envy, I know you can do better.

No issues with the massage therapist but the Manager! I’ve been in contact with the front desk trying to speak with or see the manager SEVERAL times. I even went to the location when I was told by the staff that the manager would be there, I went and waited. She did not show. I called when told to call to get speak to the manager, but she so happened to be busy every time. I had to email and it took awhile to get a response. All this back and forth just to Cancel my membership. I canceled in June 2022 but was still getting charged. I tried getting my refund but they were all over the place. It took awhile to get that done. Just when I thought I took care of it all 2 months later in August I got refunded and told I can’t use my packages I had left. Yet again I get charged this month OCTOBER! I was told it was system issues and the manager will refund me. Do not trust this place. Worst headache dealing with them. I will be reporting them and now have to cancel my cards because they keep charging me.

I took my husband here for his first massage. The people were very friendly and accommodating to our timing needs. A very soothing and relaxing experience, my husband fell asleep lol. Decided to sign up for their membership and we're looking forward to going many times.
