3 stars for the organization and cleanliness. Staff is great. Manager however not so much. She yells through her speaker about how much she wants you to get out of the store, even 30min before closing. Like, I get it. But don’t say we have 15min left when we have 30min left. I roll my eyes every time I hear her through the speakers. Reason I’m there an hour before closing is because I work until 8pm and I prefer to visit this Marshalls. I could go to the one in Waco since I live there. But since I drive to Salado I much rather spend my time here. I’m never there past closing anyways.
The one in Waco is much nicer about it.

I'm from the DFW area and the Marshall's here are all disorganized, dirty and the workers are rude. This place was so organized and clean and gave me great customer service!

Malina- just quit, girl. I get misery loves company, and obviously you want everyone to know you hate your job, but damn. I’m sorry I totally inconvenienced you by asking you to wrap my POTTERY! Next time I’ll bring my own packing paper and do it myself.

I love Marshall’s! But this was super gross. I opened up this cat/dog food container to see how much it could store, and it REEKED. No hate to this store I love shopping here but someone should really be checking these before they put them out on the sales floor ??

Marshall’s store Temple TX I have been in line for 20 minutes, and still have 12 people ahead of me ,only one cashier doing a great job. Problem there is other workers in the store, one woman stated they just have to wait. The priority should be the line, there is estimate thirty people in line, and people walking out. I’m rating Marshall’s a one for poor customer service.
