Maria is absolutely wonderful! She went above & beyond when selling our house. We had a difficult decision to make during the process & she helped us so the decision wound up being an easy one. We closed in about 36 days during a tough time to sell. Also their professional photos are simply best.

I cannot give Maria enough stars. When I say she is the best, I mean it with my whole heart. She goes above and beyond for her clients. During the sale of my home there were times when I wanted to give up and she kept going, she never stopped working for me and kept me going. I had legal issues arise during the sale of my home; she walked me though everything. Most importantly she got us CLOSED! I could not have gotten this done without her. I believe any other realtor would have given up on me, not Maria, she saved me and my sanity. I love her so much; I constantly say she is my favorite person in the world. she is so amazing. I just cannot praise her enough.

Maria helped us with the sell of our home and the purchase of our new one, she deserves a top realtor award with all the work she put it! It was definitely not an easy process but I never doubted her ability to make everything work out in the end. She would stop whatever she was doing just to help us when we needed her, she knew how much we wanted our dream home and nothing would stop her from getting it for us. I 100% recommend her, I honestly don't think we would be in our dream home if we had any other realtor, so I will forever be thankful for her. If anyone needs a realtor, I'd say she's the only one out there!! Thank you a 1000 times over Maria, my family is so blessed now because of the hard work and dedication to your clients you put in each day.

Maria is the best agent around!! I contacted Maria to put my home up for sale, as well to assist me in finding a new home closer to work. Maria is the absolute best realtor around. From the buying and selling side. We came across a house we loved and gave her a call. She was able to point us to the most amazing financial team to get us approved for purchase. She also worked with the builder for the many changes we wanted to do. Once the ball was rolling on the purchase side she helped us sell our home. Maria turned a stressful situation into a easy process. I was so anxious and she said “just trust me” and I did just that. She listed our house and it sold in just three days ( being there was an ice storm.) our house went above asking price and full wavier. Maria negotiated with the buyer when things came up and really fought for us to have the best outcome. I can’t say how happy and grateful we were to have worked with Maria. Highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or sell!!!

Maria is very detail oriented in everything she does. She always gets right back to you with tons of information. You never have to wait or guess because she is on top of it. She is always more than willing to support our community by chipping in and donating items. She brought us the sweetest pumpkin pie last year and hand delivered it to say thank you!
