Awesome and very attentive to my needs and staying on top of things! We spent 2 days together going through tune files and data logging and was never left waiting on an email. I have a very odd engine setup with a big cam running on 87 octane and it drives and responds great. Thanks again!

Had originally installed the truck Norris cam and was not very happy. I finally decided to ask Casey a question by email about it and he immediately called me . Wish I had talked to him from the start, but I ended up changing out the cam and what an amazing difference !!! Casey knows his stuff and got the program in my truck to run excellent. If you have a question about tuning, definitely Call Casey, HE IS AMAZING !!!!!!

I would stay away from these guys, they definitely don't know what they are doing when it comes to Camaro's. Only see a tuner in person, waste of money with these guys.

I took my truck down to Mail order Tuner for a complete work over. I had a previous tune go south with a guy I used to trust near me. Needless to say I knew my build was going to be trouble for anyone but had no idea it would turn out to be the basket case it ended up being. Casey and Tamra were very helpful and most importantly PAITENT. Most shops would take a problem child vehicle and send it out the door. Casey spent many many hours getting my truck dialed in and absolutely perfected. I would recommend this shop to anyone and if you are far away like I am, they are absolutely worth the drive and wait. Great experienced tuner and very fairly priced. Thank you!!!

We have used Mail Order on a couple different cam swaps here at the shop, and every time they have been very quick to get our tunes back. Every vehicle we have had tuned by them has run perfectly. It's nice having a good reliable tuner that does not charge crazy prices, and has a very fast turn around time.

My review won’t do this shop justice. But here goes. If you are looking for a real performance shop of the highest quality, look no further. Casey and his team are the best around and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. The first time I was in there, I brought my GTO in and needed a new suspension set up. They installed the coil overs and lowered it the perfect amount, got it aligned and balanced. Later on, they installed a set of TSP long tube headers for me and gave it a tune. And just today I picked up my GTO from the shop with a new cam and ported heads (just want to note that they had the new cam in the car in 1 day!) if you’re looking to have any sort of work done, from small builds like mine, to big drag builds, and even general maintenance and rockstar tuning, this is the place.

Took a lot of time on my end to get the tune finished for the car because of my mechanical errors, but the patience this company had was just amazing, very very smart, just amazing how someone can tell exactly what’s wrong with your car 1,000 miles away. 100% recommend!

These guys are absolutely the best in the business! I’ve had them tune a few cars now for our shop and could not be happier! Best customer service! Extremely knowledgeable! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tune! I will definitely be using them again over and over for all our shops tunes and my own! Thanks again guys!

Without a doubt this place of business has earned a life long customer. I will keep this as short as possible. I sent out my computer prior to beginning my build as I knew that I would need a tune for it to crank up.The computer went out on a Monday and was back before the week was up. While it was out I received a call from the MOT team and the specifically asked me if I wanted the VATS deleted and I said no. Reason being is that someone had just tried to steal my truck, so of course I want to keep the VATS. Fast forward to my finished build. Crank up… 2 cylinders fire off then the engine dies. Check F.A.S.T. and all of that is hitting the marks. Gotta be the ECU. So I called up MOT…. I’m in California…. So it’s after hours in Texas and it’s a Friday…. of course, voicemail. So I’m my mind, I’ll try again Monday. Less than 30 minutes after my after-hours call, Casey calls me back. I explained what’s happening. He gives me somethings to try out, (even with his lady yelling at him in the background, sorry to cause that bro) and I shoot them an email Monday morning because I still have the same issue and they requested the computer back. I send it off, they did their magic, I get the computer back on Friday (UPS messed up and delivered it late, no biggie). Installed it within 10 minutes of the delivery and it fired up, first crank, with no issues. I have been driving around for the last week or two and I am super happy with the tune. I’ve got a wide band AFR installed and I see fantastic numbers while driving. If you are needing a tune for your vehicle, especially if you have an LS… don’t sleep on them. Great customer service and super helpful support. As I build more motors, I will definitely be utilizing them!! Definitely worth it! If you were having second thoughts, hopefully this review will satisfy you to do it!! Again! Thanks again Casey and the MOT team!! You've got a customer for life!
