3 times I have had Lowe's to deliver product to my apartment and they deliver it all over the neighborhood. After paying for same day delivery they tell me it's my problem and it will take 24 hours for them to figure it out. Now I needed the product today. Maybe everyone stop using Lowe's for a month they can get there act together. If you see all the stuff I have bought from Lowe's you can't say I hate Lowe's.

I was looking to get a few prices over the phone before coming in person. I got connected with a very rude individual in the flooring department who answered the phone with no introduction. He said “flooring” really fast and in a really rude and annoyed tone. I said hello to ensure I heard correctly and he sighed loudly and said “flooring how can I help.” I was looking forward to getting some products for a project but clearly my call was too much of a bother for Lowe’s.

Best place ever it was a 1 hour drive but totally worth it me and my dad were looking for a door and when we came to the Alley there was a guy named Stacey and they helped us so much you rock Stacey.

My frustration started with my online order.
Went there they had no idea what I was talking about. However, Ms. Martha from customer service was willing to help me process my order with a smile. I had a bad day and she really eased my spirits with her kindness and willingness to help me. Other employees were able to assist her when she had technical difficulties and we were able to buy everything I needed for my rental property. Thank you again guys..!!!

Realistic summary of reviews after my experience yesterday. The 4-5 stars are folks going in that know they need one thing, they know where it’s at and a sales associate just happened to walk by. If you have a problem, question they don’t know or want to answer, you need actual help, I encourage you to use google, Home Depot, or call a professional building supply business.
I’m a disabled veteran and have never met some so rude as D.S. Paul. He refused to provide his last name or employee ID (but other employees hate him because they told me his last name is Alto). I have never had so much help filing a complaint so he clearly doesn’t even have the respect of his employees. What Paul didn’t realize is that a dozen folks were on a group call on my phone and all are filing complaints through Lowe’s Corporate.
As a veteran, I strongly recommend taking your business else where. There are other options that truly understand and care about employees and customers, and not just put it in their slogan, ethics document, etc.
Update 26May, went to Home Depot to get rest of supplies. Plenty of employees more than willing to ask how you’re doing, what can they help with, and answer questions. They were super busy but still had time to say hello. In times when the mayor declared a disaster, you don’t know what people are going through. A little understanding and compassion goes a long ways. Highly encourage veterans and community to go to Home Depot. You will thank me in the long run.

I tried to leave a review on the app and no dice.
I bought an Ego pole saw there, I had to order it, your staff was amazing. Martha, sue, and especially Kaleb helped me so much. Kaleb went over the warranty, the pricing, the advantages of the standalone unit, the whole 9 yards. I pass another Lowe’s to get to yours, and from now on I will continue doing that. Great job Lowe’s!!!
