I bought flowers , potting soil and a few other things. At self check out the clerk asked if she could help me scan items. She was very sweet and really helped. The flowers turned out great. Thanks I'll be back.

Excellent merchandise. Most employees look miserable and when you need help hardly anyone is available. Half the time I had a question they were Unable to answer it. Some parts of the store are disorganized and messy. But we love the selection of merchandise..

We were just in on Saturday, February 25th around 3:00. And Johnathan in the seasonal section was very helpful and kind. He did a great job assisting us with getting a new grill. Thanks, Johnathan!

Worst customer service. On 6/10/2022 I purchased a refrigerator in store, when we got it installed it gave an error code, and would not cool down. Called the store the next day, and they scheduled a pickup of the refrigerator on 6/18. They picked it up. Since then they have NEVER refunded my credit card. I have now called 10 times to get this corrected. Each time it takes at least 20 minutes to talk to someone. In July 8th, one customer service supervisor said they had refunded my card. When the money did not show up on my card, I spoke with a store assistant manager. He blamed my credit card company saying that THEY denied the refund. My credit card company says a refund was never attempted. This store has lost my business. I am canceling my Lowes credit card, and I'll head over to McCoys or Home Depot. UPDATE - their latest tactic in "customer service" is to pick up the phone and set it down. That way they "answer" the phone, but leave you to sit there and listen to conversations with people they are helping in store. They have done this to me twice now.

When we bought our oven we paid for instillation and haul away. When they got to the house to take it away the refused to instal because the gas was on. My husband was not home and I didn't know how to do that. So they left and didn't haul it away turn the gas off or do anything.

I have lived in the area and shopped at Lowes for years but lately have been less than satisfied with the customer service. If it were only once I would shrug it off but for the last couple of years the customer service has really declined at this store. We bought a dishwasher and it took them a half an hour to get someone to assist us then we were met with a surly sales person with a very unhelpful attitude. There delivery service scheduled delivery and install and didn't show and lied about it. And was in today and was met with rude employees and an angry manager with an attitude. This is a shame as this use the be a place where the employees were not only helpful but also knowledgeable and polite. It's a shame that customer service has gotten so bad I don't want to shop there anymore.

Ordered drier. They let me know an hour before delivery that it was out of stock. Then, a few days later they just canceled the order entirely.

Needed a new washer and dryer. You can no longer order it in store. Everything is ordered online, it's not Amazon!!! Alan was a big help and we picked one out and ordered it. He gets five stars!!! Went to checkout with some other items and there are no registers open. You cannot get a military discount out self checkout and the girl up there supervising all their non paid workers, said that it needs to be done at a different register! You're not paying me to do all this!!!
