My fiance bought a sterling silver amethyst heart necklace for me about 2 years ago from this location. It has since broke (the chain) 3 times. Each time he goes back to get it repaired (we have the warranty) they sauder the chain only. The first couple of times that was fine, but now the chain has dark spots all around it. My fiance has requested a new chain the last 2 times he's been in and the employees tell him it's over their head. Even if that was the case, silver is dirt cheap and anyone in the business knows they got their profits worth on this necklace. I'm just disappointed that they haven't replaced the chain yet, and expect to be there for a 4th time in a few months for another repair..

Ms. Marcia Posey, Store Manager, went beyond the call of duty to search for an identical replacement for my wedding band that I purchased from Kay Jewelers years ago. The band was lost on a recent vacation. After an extensive search she discovered the wedding band was no longer available. I’m happy to report that Marcia found me a very similar replacement band at an affordable price.

Came here to get my watch and charm that I purchased HERE appraised. I’ve already went to 2 other local jewelers and they appraised it in 30 seconds for FREE. Kay says they charge $150 to appraise it and it has to be sent off for TWO WEEKS ! This place is a JOKE! The charm is only worth $60! I’ll never be back

Courtney at Kay’s in temple is the best. She worked so patiently with me when I was having trouble with a ring and band. She did whatever it took to get the job done correctly. I am so grateful and now satisfied with my wedding set. Thank you so much!!!

After looking up Kays policy and doing some research My family and I went into this store in Temple to get my daughters ears pierced. The manager, Courtney along with an associate named MaKayla gave us nothing but rudeness and made us all feel very uncomfortable about the entire situation. They both were very rude about giving their personal opinions about piercing infants instead of providing us customer service. We wanted to buy the over $200 real Diamond earrings for our baby and had been so excited to do so. Instead we left without doing so due to their rudeness and horrible customer service. I am also contacting corporate. Kays will not get any business from myself or my family. This was highly uncalled for and not policy.

Recently, I took in a necklace to have the regular small clasp changed to the medium size, and no one explained the cost. Since it was a small repair, I expected it to be less than$100. When I picked it up, I was shocked that the cost was $350! I could have bought another necklace for this ridiculous charge. This simple repair took over 4 weeks, and it still was not the clasp that I ask for. I accepted it, because I was afraid that I would not see my necklace again if I didn't. At first, I was not planning to write a review, but I decided that I needed to warn others about this scam from Kay Jewelers!

Bought a ring from this Kay's many years back. Brought it back in and traded up to a different ring. Within the first 8 months, it had to be sent out for repairs. The third time, it came back in repairable. They offered me a $900 refund..... the ring was worth almost three times that. They eventually found the same ring at another store so they could replace it. They had the ring for over a week and didn't call me to tel me it was there. When I went to pick it up, it was not correctly sized so, it had to go out again. The customer service has really gone down hill from this location as well as knowledge of policies and procedures. 10/10 would not recommend.
