I called the service department and wanted to have my 150 checked I had a couple of issues that I felt needed to be looked at. I asked if it would be safe to drive the vehicle in without possible injury to myself or the vehicle women at the service desk told me to have it towed in if I felt unsafe to drive it. she made me appoint in a few weeks. I called back and I was finally able to talk to i believe was the service manager super guy answered my questions and all was good. I received a confirmation email for a earlier appointment thought they we trying to be nice. Showed up up drop off my truck was told that I did not have appointment for the time and date of the email. Basically told by the woman at the service desk that I had made the appointment online and I needed to drive home and bring my vehicle back on the original date of appointment she set up. I told her that I did not make the appointment online she basically said I was lying. Even if I had made it online I should have had a appoint slot that was authorized by their system. to cut this short I finally got to talked to my service agent Maegan she made it all right two thumbs up to her. As for the women behind the service desk her attitude is one that she was doing me a favor to even talk to me.

Driving all the way from killeen to these guys is not only worth it, it’s necessary!! Love the staff, the courteous service, and efficiency. Went to ford service in Killeen one day, and this tall lady acted like I wasn’t even there. All good though, cause I’m more than happy to bring this dealership in Temple my business!

I went there to pick up a vehicle from service advisor Megan she was completely unprofessional. Made me wait for over an hour did not want to answer my customers call left or on hold time I was there till iha to call her has she notified me that she had been on hold for like an hour waiting on Megan to answer her phone meanwhile Megan was walking around doing nothing! Then when I ask her about it again she looked at me ugly and told me that it's not her job to go to the cashiers. Which then I told her that my customer had been on hold again. Not professional at all! Next time if you got a problem with the customer please take it up with them and not be rude to me please! I was just a transporter .

I want to express my gratitude to Johnson Brothers Ford Lincoln for selling me my Mustang, Ruby, as well as Mater and Mater II. They’ve always gone the extra mile to keep me satisfied. I prefer to buy local, but it’s even better when you feel like you genuinely matter to the business. While I wish the purchasing process could be quicker, that’s more a result of regulations than the dealership.
A special shoutout goes to my salesman, Joel. He never pressured me, which I appreciated. Whether he read me well as a customer or not, Joel truly listened to what I wanted. I gave him four criteria: leather seats, ventilated seats, adaptive cruise control, and a fair deal for both of us. I came in knowing what to expect, and while Joel didn’t know every truck on the lot, he confidently answered all my questions about every truck and trim. When he didn’t have an immediate answer, he’d say, “Let me check,” and would verify details by checking the sticker to ensure accuracy.
When it came time for negotiations, Joel asked about the kind of payment I was interested in. I told him I know how to calculate a payment and wanted to focus on the bottom line, which is what really matters. Remarkably, Joel is the first salesman I’ve ever had who didn’t mention payments again and instead focused on the essentials.
