I’d ordered stair risers that came, but after not being able to find treads anywhere, that would go with my Mohawk flooring, I decided to go with carpet instead. When I went to return the 2 heavy boxes, and realized the new TV in my truck bed could be taken… I went to the Loading area. Leo was very helpful and understanding of my concern and he put my risers on a cart so I could get them to the Customer Service desk.
The clerk inside took care of the refund quickly and I was able to get my truck out of the way pretty fast and I unloaded my TV before going anywhere else. Thank-you”
