If I could give a 0, I would. What a waste of time. Made a reservation online for a rental I desperately needed, only to be told that they wouldn't have a vehicle for me until a full 24 hours later. Finally get a call the next day saying they have a vehicle for me, drive a full half hour out of my way only to be told that they 1) were STILL going to charge me for the full price I was quoted even though they didn't have a vehicle for me for the first 24 hours, 2) they also needed an extra $500 deposit that would be refunded when the vehicle was dropped off that no ever told me about, and 3) they don't take cash or debit cards, credit cards only. When I told them I only have store credit cards, and asked if there was something else that could be done, I was told there was nothing they could do and it was company policy. What am I supposed to do now? Call my daughter out of school for a week? Call out of work for a week and lose a paycheck? Thanks guys. What a scam.

Great rental experience. I believe her name was Linda, she was very helpful and kind. The car was clean! However, the location/building and sitting area could use some work.

Hertz in Temple went above and beyond to make up for the terrible treatment we received from Enterprise in temple where they stood us up for our pickup and kicked us out when we asked why they didn’t call or show up. Linda was so kind and efficient both times we had the pleasure of seeing her and Jacob was so pleasant and kind to give us a ride to our finished vehicle at E & E collision (highly recommend btw), definitely go to hertz over enterprise!!

Worst experience I have ever had Dillon with a car rental agency. It takes forever to talk to somebody and then they send you to five different people and you still don’t get your problem solved.

The ONLY reason this place gets 2 stars is because the girl working there....seemingly by herself though I was told her boss was there somewhere....was very helpful.As for the company.....take my advice and don't bother. They are extremely difficult to work with and not forthcoming with important information UP FRONT before taking your money. (We booked online and prepaid.) If you need to change something due to their lack of complete transparency after booking online, you have to call in to do so. Of course, their call center is outsourced and you have the lovely experience of communicating with someone who doesn't speak or understand English fluently.Don't even think about sharing your rental vehicle with your spouse the way you can with every single other rental car company. At Hertz ONLY the person whose name was used to rent the car can drive it. ??♀️The incidentals hold on your credit card is $200 which I think is a little high, but ok, so be it. Don't even think about using a debit card unless you have an extra $500 that you don't need for the duration of your rental and most likely 7-10 days afterwards.It totally makes sense why they are attempting to lure victims in with a $20 per day large sedan rental special.

We've always used Enterprise for our rental needs and never experienced an issue.Hertz was running a "sale" on full size rentals (think Altima). I've always read and heard negative things about Hertz but due to the sale and our vehicle at the dealer waiting to be repaired, we decided to give it a try.Not impressed....here's some things you should know. Some are things they won't tell you until after you're committed with payment, or won't tell you at all.1. Only the person who is the owner of a credit/debit card used to rent the vehicle is allowed to drive the vehicle, unlike their competition.2. If you want someone else to be able to drive the rental (your spouse), it's an additional $13.50 per day. Regardless of your insurance covers you and regardless if you have additional coverage for rentals on your credit card as a perk.3. Employees cannot modify, change or cancel reservations in person at the office.They are pretty much keyholders.4. If you need to modify, change or cancel anything, you must call the "Customer Service", which is a call center located in India. The customer service reps have such an accent the are hard to understand and, in turn, don't understand the American accents very well.4. They charge you card before you even give the person in the office your ID, insurance, etc..5. If you cancel, it takes them 7-10 days to credit your card back.6. If you proceed, they apply an ADDITIONAL $200 hold on your credit card or and ADDITIONAL $500 hold of your using a debit card.7. They do not accept cash.8. They do not pick you up.10. The parking lot is too small with no available parking except one handicapped space. There was only one employee inside the building and apparently a supervisor somewhere else on the lot. I'm sure they park in the back so it wasn't their cars taking up anyone of the 3 customer parking spots, at least I hope not.11. You don't always get emails they send you. I don't know if it's a glitch in their system or the language barrier between the two countries, but don't hang up until you get that email in you inbox and review it.12. Their music while "on hold" is horrendously loud. I didn't know cell phones were capable of playing any sound that loud. To the contrary, the call with customer, is lower in volume to the point you have to turn your phone all the way up in order to barely hear them. Just basing this on the several calls dealing with customer service.I can say the experience was anything but smooth and painless. We opted not to rent a car from them this day.If we ever decide to try our luck with them again, I'll update this review.

Staff was....decent to say the least. The car had several cosmetic problems but can't really complain when it's a business rentals. Dud bother me that while getting my car the phone would ring and the other staff wouldn't answer it. They just sat there. Crazy if u ask me. Glad I won't have to use this place again is all I can say.

Went to pick up a rental for business purposes. When I arrived there were numerous people waiting to be helped and only one person working. It was hot inside the office. When another person arrives to help, a couple people had already left due to waiting so long. When I finally was assisted the person went to vacuum the car and we did a walk around. The person said, “sorry about all the bugs, I didn’t wash it”. Considering I was in a hurry I didn’t say anything but the audacity!! Then once in the car I noticed there was lots of dog hair in the car. I thought to myself, what if I was allergic?!?! Other rental companies would never send you out in a dirty car whether it be inside or outside, they just wouldn’t do it!! I would not recommend! And the person that helped me may need more customer service training, she was NOT friendly and barely smiled, whereas her counterpart was pleasant.

Asst. Manager Jake, did not want to hear a word me or my mother were trying to say. He said that he could only take one form of payment. When the terms and conditions say otherwise. When asked for him to call a higher up, he refused to. So I will be contacting their corporate office.

If you don’t book 24 hours in advance don’t plan on getting a car! Even if you have a form of payment!!!! Also very expensive if you are not insurance related!

Some of the best service I’ve ever received at a car rental agency. Jacob made everything extremely easy on us and worked with our difficult timeline. Would recommend to anyone!
