Checked in with security after parking in the staging area. He was very friendly and helpful. Went back to my truck and got the text about 10 minutes later to pull around. Had to go back to the road, turn left, then go in the drive after the construction on the left. When I got to the gate, I got the text on which door to check in at and what door to dock. Check-in was easy. After docking, I was empty in less than 30 minutes. Went back to the check-in office to get my paperwork. Upon leaving, security checks the trailer to make sure it's empty, then you're free to go. It's pretty simple.

This facility is under construction, check-in procedure is same. Once you get a text to proceed to gate. You exit to street make a left and proceed appropriately.2 miles to north gate on left side of street.

super fast, I arrived at 9:05, with an appointment at 10:00pm. At 10:00 pm they put me at the door, at 10:15 pm they finished unloading me, 5 more minutes they told me for the papers. Impressive ?. I was praying because I had an appointment at 11:30 pm in Niagara to pick up ???????

Arrived at 1:30 p.m. for a 4:00 appointmentCalled me in at 2:45 and the unload was quick. Good to be back in Texas where folks are friendly

I LOVE HEB, and while I normally only deliver to the Houston DC, my company sent me to Temple today.It’s a fairly clean and orderly place, the people have all been friendly, but I only have five pallets and I’ve been sitting here for five hours!Usually at the Houston location, I’m in and out in an hour flat.

This is a somewhat decent location to deliver to. The check-in process is a little overly complicated, but of the 2 times I have delivered here, it has been a fairly quick in and out.

UR APPOINTMENT MEAN NOTHING, WILL TEXT U WHEN UR DOOR IS READY IF DELEVERY IN NIGHT GOOD LUCK U WILL DEFINITELY WILL MISS IT. THEY HAVE THE DUMEST SYSTEM IN 2024 SMH AND ALL OVER THE PLACE FROM THE GATE TO THE DOCK OFFICE THEY ALL RUDE AVOID ALL COST.

Always fast unloading here. Never here for more than 2 hours, so long as you show up on time. If you miss your appointment, show up and they will reschedule you for the next day.

Please do let anyone you deal with know that this place doesn't respect drivers enough. One time I got there late and was punished by automatic new appointment is 24 hours later. Always they take extra time to unload.
