Prices have gotten outrageous. $2.99+ for ratty baby clothes? I see crap from Shein in the women's section priced almost as high or more than you could get it new.

Be careful buying games here. They sold me a Sorry board game that was missing the entire deck of cards. The game can’t be played without the cards, and no one sells replacement cards. They apparently don’t check that all game pieces are included before putting them on the shelves to be sold. It clearly says on the back of the box that there should be a deck of cards. But they tape up the boxes, so it’s not like customers can check for themselves. Hopefully they’ll let me return it, otherwise it’s just wasted money in the trash.

The store here on 31st st inTemple is getting bad- the workers are very rude mainly the moring workers- I have seen them snap at guest over a question snap at other workers degrade them in front of us. Im embarressed for them. I hate to go in the mornings for this reason. Afternoon crew are wounderful smiles talks.

I asked the cashier for a price tag for an item and moved out of the way to sort out my items just for one of the floor personnel to yell after me "are you still shopping?!" Guess moving out of the way for other patrons is shoplifting to Lisa and her team.

Bought a lounger for outside. Told while checking out I thought Veronica bought that. Oh no it has your name on it. I paid and pulled around back for pick up. Sales guy came out and told me it had been previously bought. Refund given. I feel like employees should be more aware before they put you through all of that.

Well! Me and my granddaughter went to the store because she had brought a bra from another store. The store forgot to take the metal detector off of the bra, so we were told that we can take it to goodwill and they would take it off just as long as we show them the receipt for purchase of sale. Plus! The item was purchased in Georgetown which was an hour away and she needed it to wear. But after getting to Goodwill we went to the customer service desk and asked one of the ladies that worked there can she help us and take the detector off the item for us and she looked at us in discuss and in a angry suspicious way and said no I can’t do that; no way plus she said she doesn’t think that they ever did that, plus they didn’t have the tool to take that off with and all of that was because I said that my old lady said that she had gotten the same thing taken off by them before. She didn’t even ask anyone else do they know or could they help us, all she did was tell us with attitude and sarcasm like we had stole it and was trying to get the metal detector off. All we was trying to do was get it off close to home so that we didn’t have to go back to Georgetown and hour away. But then she said that we had to take it back to where we got it from sarcastically. We then went to Victoria Secret in Killeen Mall to get it taken off and they said no problem. We were relieved after driving a half an hour to Killeen and a half hour back to Temple.

What a dump. A huge pile of donated items probably 8' x 30'. What a total waste to take things there. Should have taken to the dump. So disheartening.

Prices higher than new. Anything halfway decent goes to auction now. Stop donating your items to this greedy organization, they're nothing but an overpriced resale store that gets their inventory free and then profits off your items.

I understand very well where it is good and where it is bad. The room from a distance does not look rich, even a little shabby. But...there are excellent staff, excellent service, the goods are clean, the room is clean and there is a large selection of shoes, household goods and warm jackets. There is furniture and books, tools for the garden. And it is very important - at the entrance, on both sides of the entrance, there are metal benches and this is convenient when waiting. Also, at the exit there is an excellent rain curtain outside the door. It left a good impression. Yes...more...a lot of Christmas trees, artificial, at a good price.

You can find some good deals, but some of their stuff is really overpriced, especially their kitchenware. You can buy some things new for the price they're selling it here.The store is clean and the staff were pleasant though.
