This HeB has the poorest customer service. I’m about 31 weeks pregnant and the three times I’ve been here this week to get things including jugs of milk or water or laundry detergent. I’ve never been asked if I need help to the car compared to the other HeB in Belton. The people avoid eye contact at the register so they probably don’t even see that I’m huge. (Although you can’t miss it) my husband is usually with me so it’s never a problem but these times I’ve been alone it was just rude. The people who do the shopping for online that carry the carts around are very rude too. They don’t make eye contact, they just cut you off like you aren’t there. At the end of my shopping trip today, I loaded all my things slowly and then took my cart to put away where a guy who was about to take all the carts saw me walking over and just stepped to the side so I can put the cart in myself and the cart thing was FULL so my wheel was getting caught on the iron that keeps all the carts in and he just watched me struggle to get it in line with the other carts so it would Atleast be stuck to them and not come back out and roll into the parking lot, if that makes sense: anyways. I’ve had too many rude encounters here and everyone seems pretty miserable . Hopefully it’s not management making working conditions hard. Anyways. Sucky location from a super pregnant point of view.

I previously 5-starred this location but in the recent months they have consistently mislabeled many of their lunch items (sushi and burritos in particular for some reason) which results in me discovering it when taking a bite and throwing it away.

I miss not being close to an HEB. One of my favorite grocery stores. They are always clean with helpful staff. Great prices and a great selection.

Always a great experience with the HEB employees. I can always find what I need and the prices are reasonable. I love my HEB!

Has great stock on shelves. Always a good selection of meat cuts and dairy. I only shop around the outside wall so couldn't say much about the isles running through the middle. Very tidy store with nice flowers out front.

I will no longer be shopping at heb until they change their insane policy of locking the cart wheels so you cant leave the store with the groceries you just purchased treating their customers like criminals. Im my case im handicapped and had to park far down in the lot because there were no spaces up top. I had to carry all my stuff all the way down to my car because the stupid wheel lock on the cart. No one came to help me and it was very warm so it was a struggle for me and had to take 15 mins to try and catch my breath from the ordeal. Yor customers dont deserve to be treated as criminals.
