Sold me a brand new car a couple weeks ago with almost dead battery, no coolant, no oil in motor, spun a rod now the engine is toast and they say they can't offer me any repairs.

Amazing place with amazing deals, the Manager Marshall along with Eric and Landin are truly caring individuals. Can’t say enough good things about these 3 individuals! Eric Pope, my salesman bought me lunch when I missed it due to wait time and Marshall even threw in some items as extra to compensate for my wait time!! Again you will not be disappointed shopping here.

Forgive me, but my overall experience was awful! The sales person (Adolpho) was the only bright spot alongside the young lady (Rosalinda) whom made my appointment. The enclosed photo was of the engine of the car I bought after having waited for over 3 hours for my newly purchased vehicle to be detailed. I think this depicts how the rest of my experience went...

Service center: Bobby and Skylar were awesome. They did a great job of explaining the services that were necessary. Communication was good. Pricing was better than other locations. Great customer service. I would highly recommend utilizing their service center for your vehicles repairs and maintenance. They are honest about what immediately should be done and what can wait.

Bought a new car from them this week, everything was straightforward and the process was fairly easy. We got exactly what we were looking for in a new vehicle. Our sales woman, dasia*, was amazing. Financing manager was amazing and you can tell he knew what he was doing. Manager was great as well. All around a good car buying experience. I would definitely buy cars from them in the future.

Did not show up at the dealership with the intent to buy unless we were satisfied with the vehicle and the service. We were well taken care of. It was nice getting to know our sales consultant Eric, and financing was even able to get us a good warranty on the vehicle.

Being immigrant here in USA specifically in Temple, Texas was very challenging. One of challenges we encountered here is the difficulty of public transportation, that’s why having our own car is very important to us. In our country getting one takes very long process, so we expect same thing here in US, but we were so amazed in Mazda Garlyn Shelton. Last May 31 at about 2pm, after some discussion and drive test we finally made our decision, and that is to have the Mazda. On the following day, we went back to the office and Jason Snedeker (product specialist) did his best to release the car so we can take it home immediately , he also gave extended service to make us comfortable. We we’re so satisfied with the service and patience they gave to us. Thank you so much.

This was the first time for us that we got a new car and I can really say that we had a great experience in garlyn shelton Mazda, and of course with the help of our product specialist Jason Snedeker. He did his best to make us comfortable from the very first day that we visit. It was great help for us that we easily got the car, because public transportation here in temple TEXAS was so difficult. If I could give this business a 0 star I would. Don't waste your time go elsewhere. They don't return calls and customer service stinks. Not friendly and the young salesman didn't know what he was doing gave us the wrong information didn't even apologize. Horrible experience!!
