Sold me a brand new car a couple weeks ago with almost dead battery, no coolant, no oil in motor, spun a rod now the engine is toast and they say they can't offer me any repairs.

If I could give this business a 0 star I would. Don't waste your time go elsewhere. They don't return calls and customer service stinks. Not friendly and the young salesman didn't know what he was doing gave us the wrong information didn't even apologize. Horrible experience!!

This dealership is everything we hate about car dealerships. They contacted me with a "special" saying that my 2016 Miata was in high demand and that they could get me in a new Miata for the same payment i currently have. I went in, they ran my credit, and we came to an agreement after hours of haggling. I agreed to pay an additional $75 over my current payment to get the car i wanted. They even went as far as to trade one of the cars on their lot to another dealership to get me the color I wanted. Then on the day I was supposed to go in to exchange cars and sign paperwork I was notified that I needed to come up with an additional $2,700. I refused and told them I expected them to stand by their deal. I was then told the dealership was going to have a "specialist" look at the deal and try to make it work. I did not hear back. When I called the dealership the salesman was not available and the manager got on the phone. The manager told me to get a cosigner or come up with an additional $6,000. This dealership engages in bait and switch tactics. Do not take them at there word. It means nothing to them. They will run your credit and lie to your face. Do not do business with this dealership! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME

DO NOT GO HERE. I have been trying to fix my wheel alignment since it was off when I ran over a curb and I couldn't identify the problem at first. Came here hoping they could help and use mazda parts. Came to them on a Monday. They told me they were going to order the part and it will be here Wednesday. Came on Wednesday and they then said they didn't know when the part was going to be here. Them came on Saturday of that same week and they told me the part arrived that morning and that my car will be done the same day. Then I came around 5 that same day and the service rep was driving out. I asked what was happening to the car and he said it won't be ready until Monday. I went in to get my keys and car back from them and no one knew where the service department held the keys for the cars. Sales was more helpful than services explain the hours and trying to find the keys. Finally Monday came around and got a call stating they were working on my car and that it will be done by the end of the day. They called me back an hour later. So a job that only took an hour was stalled for a week as I struggled to get to and from work that whole week. These people are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not have good customer service. DO NOT come here to get your car serviced. They seem nice at first but in reality they are trying to figure out how to get you. I really hope they did not mess up my car.

I'm not sure what happened to the service department after moving from the Loop 363 to Midway, but service has really declined. I paid $138 to have an issue checked. However, they wanted an additional $138 to check for a second issue that I had originally asked about and that was related to the same problem. Then they didn't have the parts to complete the job. I was planning on taking my 3 Mazda's there for service, but I think I'll look for another place.

Came to this dealership on a whim after dealing with the disrespectful and overpriced dealerships in Killeen. Was completely blown away with how accommodating the salesmen (Landon) were and how easy they made the experience. They didn't have any new inventory on the lot, but we're getting a new shipment in soon and gave me all of the details for vehicles that would fit my needs. Their pricing was MUCH better than any of the other dealerships I had called (in multiple states, not just TX). When my car came in, I was recovering from a knee surgery, so they had the car delivered to my house and all of the paperwork ready for me to sign. All in all it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had and I would definitely recommend to others. They're also great working with active duty military and registering your vehicle in another state.

Excellent service. Nice quiet environment with courteous staff. Love the new location! Love the video they sent which showed what was taken care of and what needs attention. Kari was so helpful and ensured I was properly taken care of. I'm impressed with everything and would definitely recommend.

I have never had better experience with a dealership service department! Mike Ramirez worked with my insurance, Tubbs, and me all to get my car road ready again. His communication was stellar and when my insurance agency dropped the ball he was there and quickly figured it out! I will definitely be returning, if ever needed.

I got a new company Car that was delivered at Gary Shelton Mazda. Wheels, which is the fleet company asked me to work with the manager at this location who was supposed to handle the delivery and paperwork. Her attitude was always short, rude and she made it as hard as possible on every single step. She wouldn't even return my calls until I showed up and asked for her. I don't understand what the agreement is between them and wheels but I assume she doesn't get a lot of money from this transaction and that was the reason why she treated me that way. But that speaks volume of the type of manager and person she is and the lack of customer focus they have at this place. What she didn't know is that I was in the market also and buying an SUV. I'd never recommend this place and never giving them my business for service and maintenance on the new vehicle I got.
