Great Gamestop location.
Ross was a very helpful, He helped me pick something out and helped me learn more about the product before I bought it. He even made sure I actually left with the game inside the case. Cotton Fantasy is a very difficult game! Very Arcade style and very, very easy to game over in, but it has a robust stage practice mode and surprisingly easy to pick up and play.
I visited at a fairly slow time and I really liked my short time at the store.

Amazing store the staff and the manager answered all my questions and walked me around the store giving me personal recommendations and advice. For anyone unsure on what they want and need go here and they will take care of you.

The store is under a new manager who has turned it around from being somewhere I avoid at all costs to somewhere I actually enjoy going to. Her professionalism is something to be applauded. She took care of my family with an upbeat attitude, a strong knowledge base of what we were looking for and a happiness that makes us want to go back.

Store manager will sell you a warranty and then tell ypu they don't have to honor it. If you call corporate to get it handled, they will approve the claim aand tell you to go into the store to have it resolved. If you follow what you are told the manager will ban you from the store for calling corporate on her.

Came in to get a couple items. As i was checking out 2 items were priced wrong by $10. When I brought it to the employees attention she said the stick just hadnt been updated. I said well thats not really my fault, could you honor the price thats on the sticker? Unfortunately she could not. Kinda said when I walk in and all they're doing it talking and not updating stickers.

Never has the inventory. Always displays, but not available when needed. Warranty used to be great, now it's a joke (replace with certified used).SMH
