“I bought my bed frame online and had an issue with it. A repair man was sent out and said it was the motor but it would take 4 to 6 weeks for the part. After what I felt was a run a round I called 31st store a spoke with Robert he got this issue resolved with a new frame being delivered in 2 days. ROBERT YOU’RE AWESOME!!!”

“Seem to be the only beauty supply place in Temple that carries what I need for my hair. I don’t see why the bad reviews. Especially for the sensors. Ive visited Atlanta and they have sensors on thing you think sensors cant go on. Huge store everything sensored. Ruberbands, grease, gel, EVERYTHING. So it doesn’t bother me. The items are above normal pricing. So I do understand the people saying it’s pricey.”
