Worst local customer service ever. I go in to make deposits and they are slow to greet and seem less than thrilled that someone is using lobby rather than drivethru. CSRs at 800 number are very nice but give different info than local reps. They charged me a fee for paper statements even though I signed up for electronic. Had to call to get that reversed. Found out over weekend when I went to make deposit that my acount was closed and 800 team couldn't say as why as only been for 5 days and they said I had 30. Local branch said 3 days on Monday. They couldn't care less. But then get call 10 mins later from 800 number to say it's back open. I advised of different info and 800 agent never apologized for it, just said other rep was wrong and may be 3 business days or 5 calendar days, she wasn't sure, but not 30 days. If it wasnt such a hassle to change direct draws I'd leave it closed.

I'm very very happy with first United Bank I'm very pleased I need to get my debit card redone can't use the ATM but that's a normal thing that happens

I came here for the free business checking. You get what you pay for. They rarely work with me and will hold checks for over a week even if funds are verified. Hard to run a business when you can't access your money. Manager has been rude at times.

I've been doing business with this bank for many many years. They ALWAYS bend over backward to make sure my financial needs are met! Consuela and her staff are very professional and pleasant to work with. If they can't take care of you, then no one can!
