FedEx is totally unreliable. I have received tracking updates for an important package stating it would be delivered between 9:50am and 1:50pm, which of course didn't happen as usual. Checked the tracking and it was still out for delivery but would be here by 8pm. Then I receive a tracking update that there is an operational delay because the address is incorrect! How can this be when FedEx indicates the correct address on the tracking information. So I spend an hour trying to get to a representative to talk to and finally reach them and tell them it was imperative that the package be delivered today as indicated and I didn't care if the Temple manager had to get in their car and deliver it! Of course an hour later I receive an update that it won't be delivered until the next day, which is unacceptable. FedEx is always late, the tracking updates are usually wrong, and it is next to impossible to talk to a representative. Unfortunately, I cannot rate this company zero stars!

Smaller location, and parking lot is difficult to get in/out of during rush hour, but always great customer service.

Twice now in the past 3 months I’ve had a package last scanned at the Temple, TX location that has mysteriously disappeared. When you call to check the status, no one can give you an answer to where your package is. This location is full of thieves.

I was told by Amazon to go here to this particular store on Kegley Rd. to print a return label and drop off my package and they would box it, label it and ship it off for me. NOT! Firstly, it was located way out of my way. Secondly, the Parking Lot was Ridiculously Small and Full at 830am. But, the inside wasn't? The one clerk was busy, but, I guess she was handling a difficult customer with a misdelivered package he was looking for. Well, I waited a good 15 minutes while they got nowhere. Eventually, a second clerk was called out from the back to help me. I explained what I needed and immediately knew it wasn't happening. Scratching his head and confused, He said they don't do that (service)...as a Company...(even though they were the assigned Carrier) and told me that I could try the Pack \\\"N\\\" Mail in Temple, but, he didn't know the address or phone number. So, I promptly left. And, won't go back.

Absolutely the worst shipping company. I was to receive an item for my business on 7/10. It kept getting "delayed". Everyday I get an email saying it will be the following day. It is now the 15th and still no package. I finally get a live person to tell me that there is nothing they can do since the local FedEx distribution center is only open from 8am to 10am. Seriously?!?! This is the same FedEx that had one of their drivers sit in my driveway and honk the horn to see if anyone was home for a separate delivery. They drove away without getting out to ring our doorbell or knock. Complete laziness. I wouldn't use FedEx to send a single thing ever.

The employees here are very polite. They go above and beyond to be helpful and available. I really appreciate being able to pickup packages as needed.

Called customer support and arranged delivery for a time I would be home and when I got home an hour before arranged time to find another note saying we missed you. So maybe I should join the FedEx crew because reading and work ethic means nothing, like day before just left note did not bother knocking. I know this for a fact because someone was home all day. If they had knocked dogs would have gone off letting who Evers home know someone is at the door . This is just lazy

To hell with this place. Wife ordered me a PS5 for my birthday That was supposed to be delivered through this place and it showed it scanned into the warehouse but they “couldn’t find it” an investigation was opened up and after two days they just told her “sorry we can’t find it.” Only rating 1 star because I have to.

Great customer service and I always have a good experience here. The delivery drivers could be better but the associates are very helpful.

hope youre not a soldier who works on base cause this fedex location doesn't care. after you pay for two day shipping theyll surprise you with a required signature for the package and deliver it during work hrs and a single attempt each day to deliver. after around four days you call and try and question why they keep trying to deliver the package the same time of day each day with no success, customer service will tell you you payed for two day shipping for nothing and you options are take off work and go get it from the store or pay more to have it scheduled.

Package containing meds not delivered. It was due on the 14th and I keep getting the same message every evening after another no show...I've told the idiot that answers the phone at there office and told him to tell the driver to just stick my meds in my mailbox just like they have done time after time. He got an attitude and told me that they never put a delivery in anyone's mailbox. Most of the driver's cannot ever find my address even though it's been in the same place for 34 years. They have sent me the same email every day since the 14th...package is delayed now it will be here tomorrow well tomorrow is the 27th and still no medication. Bottom line is they suck. I'm sure they expect me to make the 43 mile drive one way to Keegly Road to pick up a package that was set up for 2 day delivery. I am a disabled veteran and that's why my medication is shipped to my home...plus I feel like if I come pick it up I'll be expected to pick it up every time I get another prescription filled. I think they should fire whomever manages that s*** hole office in Temple Tx.

1st package mailed through this facility was lost, I know that might not have been on them, so I gave them a second chance. This resulted in a really bad customer service experience. Super weird attitude from this "lady", she kept ignoring me and was super rude whenever she had the chance almost like she wanted an opportunity to unload on someone. There'll be no third time.
