I'm going straight to the the ugly. Used to be that this business was open. The business in not open to the public. The instruct you to order online. So why have a store front, when you can get your stuff delivered to you. Thankfully there other store that sell the same stuff they do with out having to wait.

They seemed to have switched to a business account mostly store. All non accounts are minimum order required and card only. (Card only was not really a problem) If you got a large project and know what you want ahead of time and have a large enough order they got you covered as they really have alot on offer. (Sold mostly in bulk) But its kind of sad they see a non accounted shopper as not worth their time. Walked in they said "need help looking for something?" a standard greeting. I replied just looking never been in here. Clerk replied "oh" and then got some looks from all the employees present like why was i in there. The sign on the door sets the tone we don't want small time shoppers. Found the items didnt meet min order so i left. First impression is important and didnt like that i felt like i needed to call in my bulk order and pay to a business expense account to shop there.

Call ahead - if they have what you need, it will be laid out and ready to go. We have never had a problem with them.

Some reps that are hired are not professional and clearly are out to seek married men instead of selling parts or just keeping things business only.
