I changed my plan to get the rental car first, as they ensured I would be picked up at the body shop at 10:00. I went to the repair shop early so the shuttle would not have to wait. No update or call about being late - - the driver (no markings on the vehicle) arrived 48 minutes late. The drive to the facility was insane, including a rolling stop and abrupt breaking. Not sure why, since I had a 10:00 pickup scheduled? We made it, it appeared they had no idea of the vehicle I had reserved and were simply turning out cars as they were returned. I was told it would be a Vista, the agent referred to a Cube, we got a Malibu. The first car we received had damage that they had not caught.... I pointed it out, so about 30 minutes later, they asked us to bring the car back up so the previous renter could see it. (Wasting more of my day.) The manager did not even have the decency to be there when I came back - instead she let a new clerk try to figure it out. EPIC fail on management or senior staff. This is why I use Hertz when I have the choice, but State Farm uses Enterprise? I do have to say that the agent who assisted me was amazing, it is sad that poor management at this location will probably impact his ability to shine.

I've used Enterprise many times in my driving career. I've had my fair share of accidents and needed a rental during repairs. This is the first time I was told they have a 10 minute radius and won't give me a ride. I thought their motto was "We'll pick you up"? I'm really frustrated that I have to have a friend drive an hour to come give me a ride because they cant drive 15 minutes to pick me up at home or the body shop. Just ridiculous. If I were using my personal insurance I would request another rental agency but USAA is not my carrier and I'm so glad because they don't make any adjustments for the person being inconvenienced. I also have always been given an suv since that's what I drive and USAA won't give me anything bigger than a sedan unless I pay for it. Thanks for the inconvenience Enterprise.

The woman manager is the most narcissistic, nastiest, rudest, most ignorant and unreasonable person I’ve ever had the displeasure of having to deal with! She personally made me a reservation last week to pick me up at the body shop this morning at 8:30 and no showed on me! I had been calling since 7:50 am and they never answered the phone so I had to get a ride and when I finally got there after 9 and asked her why she no showed she had the audacity to be super rude to me! She claimed that because they were short staffed (there were four people!) that it was ok for her to no show and not to call me to let me know she wasn’t going to make it and she never apologized, but instead told me “there’s the door, we are not releasing a car to you, get out!” All because she didn’t do her job. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS unless you want to be treated horribly disrespectfully, stood up when they’re scheduled to pick you up and treated as if you’re not a valued customer. Go to Hertz instead, where they cleaned up her mess and got us a better rate and treated us with respect and kindness. Absolutely deplorable customer service!

Rental car agency that is quick and efficient. In and out without any problems. Update: April 21, '22: Rentals are becoming more and more available. Enterprise is on top of it. Still very friendly and helpful. As everything else, prices for rentals are a little bit higher. Update: 28 Jan, 2024. The best!!! Had a car accident and without wheels. Called my insurance company and requested Enterprise. Called Enterprise which was getting ready to close. No problem, they sent someone to pick me up , brought me to them. Paperwork done already by my insurance. Gave me the keys and I was gone. That simple,that easy. Thanks Enterprise. You're the best. 5 ⭐'s rating plus. ???

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had start to finish. Walked into my appointment and wasn’t helped for over 35 mins. Then when they bring my car around, it wasn’t washed, vaccumed, and the low fuel reminder was going off. The women who was checking me into the vehicle goes “oh would you like me to fill it up?” Yes!! Called several times where I wasn’t greeted but immediately put on hold were I sat on the phone for 15-20 mins. Please take your business somewhere else until they’re fully staffed or get better management.

You will speak to someone in the agency they will confirm that they have a car for you. They confirm the pick up time and then one hour before you are supposed to pick up. They will inform you that they in fact do not have a car for you.

Enterprise in temple has the most pleasant employees I’ve seen in a long time. If you go and it’s super busy, they are always welcoming, apologetic and try to get you in a rental ASAP. Keep up the good work Team.
