Took my Rolex for a light polish there and I was told it was fake. Took it to an authorized Rolex dealer next day and the Rolex AD said that in fact was authentic. Not a place for your Rolex.

Took my son's watch in to get repaired and they were so helpful explaining how the analog mechanism works and taking their time to help us. My son's watch had sentimental value and they respected that and helped my son walk out with a working watch again. Jewelry looked great and I'll be back to have jewelry repaired and to have custom designs made.
