One of the best experiences I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Brian was a very nice and helpful. I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for. He didn’t try to convince me into purchasing something I didn’t want. Brian was determined to get me what I wanted and now I’m completely happy with my new Camry thanks to him the whole process was easy and smooth. Someone I definitely recommend working with!

My husband and I were greeted almost immediately, Lauri was friendly and listened to what we wanted. My husband asked her questions and if she didn’t know the answer she got it for us. This is our second purchase from Don Ringler

Great costumer service clerk, but wait time for synthetic oil change, and brake pad exchange too almost 5x hours.

Brian Levesque is the guy to go to! I would highly recommend this location and Brian for someone needing/wanting a new/used vehicle! They were so very helpful and considerate when I was in a bind for a vehicle! They took my broken down vehicle in the service department as a trade in and took it off my hands and put it towards the new vehicle and took care of all of the TTL charges and took care of the $99 diagnostic charge from the service department for my old, broken down vehicle. They showed me different options and got me in the car that I wanted THAT DAY and gave me a good deal on it as well! Super considerate, kind, and not pushy. Will definitely return to them if need be! Thanks so much Brian for getting me in the car I wanted!

I’m sure the Don Ringler team will pay for this review to be deleted because this team doesn’t know a thing about integrity or accountability.
I purchased my beautiful 2024 Corolla Cross in the beginning of June. My salesman, Tony, was pleasant albeit unprofessional talking about his past experiences working at other dealerships and making digs at his current management. Ever heard of situational awareness?
The Sales Manager, Kyle, was kind but very obviously lacks time management and attention to detail. My deal took longer than reasonably necessary and honestly in hindsight if it had taken so long, you would think that someone would have caught their mess-ups prior to me signing my 1st contract. (yeah, 1st. We’ll get to that).
The finance guy, Travis (?) quickly ran through my paperwork and rushed me when I tried to read what I was signing. Disrespectful, to say the least.
Had any of these men respected my time, took their time, paid attention to their paperwork, and allowed me, the customer, to review my contract, we could have easily avoided my contract reflecting the incorrect VIN.
On June 18th I took my car back to get tint put on as part of my deal. Whoever is doing tint for this dealership needs more training. The tint doesn’t look cohesive and doesn’t connect on parts that it should. There’s also permanent lines on my drivers side window from how they applied the tint. The incompetence I’ve experienced doesn’t give me confidence to return. I’ll simply pay out of pocket for tint that looks seamless. (I’m learning that I should have gone to Round Rock Toyota if I wanted services to be done correctly.)
After receiving my statement in the mail from Toyota Financial Services, I discovered that my contract reflected I had purchased a Highlander. Could you imagine my disbelief that the dealership hadn’t contacted me themselves? I had to call and ask for Travis who was “busy” and left him a voicemail. He called me back on June 24th (on my birthday of all days) and I was unable to answer. When I called him back, rather than being forthcoming with information, Travis said “Hi yes I was just calling you because there was a mistake with your contract and we need you to come back and re-sign.” Like I’m an idiot. In the age of technology Google is a girls best friend.
I expressed to Travis my disappointment in having to find out myself but agreed to go back to the dealership the next day to re-sign. When I went back, Tony didn’t seem to know what was going on and I let him know I was waiting for Travis. He got to me quickly and we resigned with the paperwork reflecting the correct information.
A couple weeks later I decided to check my credit and lo and behold, not one but 2 TFS accounts were reflecting on my credit, dropping my score 25+ points. I called the dealership to speak with Tony, Travis, or Kyle at which point they were all “unavailable.” I ended up reaching out to the guy above Kyle who assured me he would give me a call back with an answer to my questions about the account reflecting on my credit and how I would be impacted. Did I ever get a call back? Nope.
Finally, a couple days before my buyers tag expired, I called the dealership to check if my plates had come in. Again, I couldn’t get ahold of Tony or Kyle. (Surprise, surprise.) Mind you, Tony said he would call me when my plates came in. The girl on the phone was able to let me know that my plates were in and I let her know to tell someone that I would be on my way.
Upon arrival, a gentleman that sits close to the door, on the right, greeted me and got my plates and installed them on my vehicle as well as my registration sticker. He also asked me if I needed anything else or had any questions about anything. Finally, someone that respected my time and seemed to value me as a customer. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name but I’m sure the guys at the dealership will l

Small town dealer. Nice reasonable people. Only good things to say about them. Bought a car there and used their service department.
