So, the people here are really nice. Not very informative when it comes to wait time though. Was a walk in at 12:45. Was told it would be a few hours. I asked if it was okay to go do a little shopping with my family with the vehicle. He said sure and that I should be back around 4 and that I should be pulled in pretty quick. What he failed to mention was, in doing it this way I was taken out of line and would be placed back in it when I got back. Still looking at 2 hours until we are able to get out of here and we got back here at 4:07. It's now 4:30. He was really quick to go ahead and get me to pay for it though which is why I think it's rather bullcrap that I lost my place in line. I could understand if I was a walk in and didn't pay. Dropping that kind of money on tires is a little ridiculous to not keep your place in line. So, just a forewarning when going to any discount tire. Don't leave. Expect to sit for 4-6 hours for a walk in. Almost makes me want to shop around somewhere else, not because of the people, but because of the policies.
Update: Looks like the gentleman I spoke with a second time wasn't aware and our car was done by 5:30 over all still best priced tires around. Still, schedule appointment. Do not be a walk in!

Never will recommend this store to anybody. I own a roadside assistance company and had brought two wheels to them to put new tires on at around 11:30. After waiting 3 hours I finally got my tires on and went in my way. Come to find out the new wheel they gave me required longer lug nuts that they didn’t offer to sell to me. So then I had to go all the way back to town to grab new lug nuts. What could’ve been a 1.5 hour job turned into an all day event because of this store. My customer was not satisfied with the length of time to complete this service and I was not either. Horrible store and needs better management to help them with getting things taken care of in a timely matter.

What is the point in setting up an appointment when Discount Tire can’t keep the appointment because I called to set up an appointment to get a flat repair for the next day I showed up 20 min early and truck wasn’t taken into bay until 30 minutes later.

Waited 3 hours in person for service.
Ordered $2500 worth of tires for my truck, was told to come Friday for them to be put on. Got there at 1:30pm. Waiting almost 2.5 hours before asking one employee what was going on and they said my truck was scheduled to be the next one pulled in the bay. That was a lie. 3 vehicles then get pulled in one after another. After 40 more minutes, I ask another employee to check what’s going on and he says “other appointments just keep showing up and bumping you”. I watched 10 different customers come in, get tires, get their vehicle pulled in and finished before mine even moved. Even other customers were asking why mine was taking so long. Will not do business here again.

We got a flat on our road trip to San Antonio. And they told us it would be 4 hours. They got it done in too. The quality, value, and service was so great. Shout out to Josh because he absolutely made our unexpected event that much better.

I will never go back to them again ??I went there to get a tire switch around and I have explain to them what I wanted done and I explained to this guy two or three times where he understood and also got the AV pain go for switching the tire out to the passenger side are you even shown him the one that was in the back of the truck of the bed? I even told him there was a temporary patch in there. It just need to be air back up after we got everything taken care of. I’m sitting down waiting almost 2 hours then they come back to me and tell me they cannot work on it and they’re gonna have to refund my money back. I asked him why they said the tire wasn’t aired up, and I said it up and put it on the driver side tire they said they cannot do that because it has a temporary patch
And I told him why I was told one thing after it. Everything was agreed and said and done and then also two hours later it’s a different story. This is pathetic. I will never go back to discount tire again and I used to go to them all the time , but everything they really don’t deserve Star
Customer service and I wish I could take this Star off because they really don’t deserve it

It's usually decent. But sometimes the staff is unfriendly. Also, expect to wait well beyond your appointment time.

Hey RV and Fullsize van owners go see Josh at this Discount Tire. He knows Tires and understands the technical needs of the vehicle. He will set you up with what is needed and get things done expediently. This location Rocks! Minor process improvement suggestion would be to install an air pump outside so people can just fill and go. Make em put their charge card in so you know who was there but no charge to them or the store. Just a list of satisfied happy customers.
