In the nation, this is the best Dillard’s. Today, Ilana helped my husband select the perfect wedding ensemble. If it was not for her, we would have been lost. I am not a clothes person, and Ilana stepped in. We could not be happier! Thank you!

Looking for mens colgne earlier the staff lady working it was very polite are helpful i had questions about some types of colgne she said she doesnt work in that area i understand that ask me to come back i asked if she would call someone else for me for help on a product but she wouldnt so i just left with out buying anything onthers in the past have very nice friendly and helpful little disappointed this time ??

I WAS a regular here at MAC and Freepeople among other high end items...I got a call today that my boyfriend was arrested here for stealing when he wasn't - he had an item in his hand and they accused him of stealing it and to make it even worse - when I came to get my keys and car the manager said that if I ever return she will have me arrested for trespassing....Now, I have never stolen from this store, nor do I EVER steal from anywhere - I have however spend hundreds of dollars here as a patron and to say the least I will never return here nor will I return to the mall to shop because it is so insulting to be treated like a theif when I am a professional who makes 90k/year. I understand not wanting my bf to return but I was not even with him at the time and have never been accused of stealing, and I cannot imagine that this is Dillard's company policy. The so called manager who said this had broken english and is probably a Russian spy from what Ive gathered...either way, this is NOT the way to keep the store and mall open when it is struggling for business.

First-time customer liked the variety that offers. My negative experience was when I asked for help from a salesperson who was stocking the area I was interested in, unfortunately for our community, this salesperson supervisor didn't care about helping a customer, she ignored me, continuing to give orders to this poor fellow. I tried to think an excuse to her behavior, but I didn't find one. I wish Dillard's can train it supervisors that customers are FIRST!!!!!! The salesperson is an awesome person, going above my expectations helping me find what I was looking for. I even bought more items than I thought. I'm very happy with my purchase. THANK YOU WONDERFUL SALESPERSON.Woman with the cane.
