This company is the worst company for an estate sale!!! Terrible communication! They changed the date without informing the family. We just happen to call them the Tuesday before the weekend & had to scramble to let all our people know. After the sale, it took them 6 weeks to clear the house out (& they said they'd clear it of everything within a week)! And they knew we were showing the house. They left trash on the floor & I had to call & call & call to get everything cleared out!! The whole experience was so unprofessional & so frustrating!! Some companies forget that they work for the customers, & as such, should go out of their way to make sure that all the things they say their going to do, gets done!! And if there's a problem, then communicate that. The customer SHOULD NOT EVER have to chase down the company for an answer!! I would NOT recommend this company for anything!! Hands down THE worst experience of our lives!!

I would suggest staying clear from their estate sales and maybe looking for another company if you need one. Like other reviews have mentioned everything is overpriced. They will go off a price they see online and give you that price. They don’t compare prices to things that have sold, but what’s for sale. Anyone can overprice items online as well and never sell them. I think they need to at least look at sold items and be more reasonable.
Edit: I don’t understand how you do tons of research, I have gone to your estate sale and asked for a price for products that didn’t have one. When I asked one the the employees she pulled out her phone and gave me a price based on what they were selling for online. Please let me know how that is doing “tons of research” when I was given a price based on the first thing that was online. It took them about two minutes to give me a price. If there was “tons of research” done we wouldn’t have to ask for prices and everything would be a set amount. It seems as if you come up with prices on the spot.

Just left an estate sale, last day but looked like the first day. Items were extremely overpriced, even at 25% off. Normally on the last day of a sale pricing is 50% off, this is what the 1st day pricing should have begun. Team was nice and welcoming.

Found two store front locations on same block with same owner. The store fronts very crowded with inventory, more of a decor than antique atmosphere. Noticed after I left that my receipt indicated I was there on Sept 5th, 2000? I’m glad I didn’t need a receipt for auditing on this one… ?!! Staff was friendly in both locations and I did find a couple of deals!!

I live in the high rise across the street from the store. I always notice a lot of furniture sales going on every day. I have gone in looking for a specific item such as a cat lover and they showed me several things to choose from. The owner is very friendly. There are great sales after holidays and always something for everyone.

Visited their new location just a few ft away from their main one - and everything was super affordable. I cannot believe I got this quality table for $100. They even let me come back and helped me load it. Couldnt be happier!

No stars if possible. Awhile back this company was hired to help my family clear out a home of a relative who passed away. Taking the items from inside the home to try and sell. This company was given a key to the home...big mistake. It was a hoarding situation and we desperately needed the help. Anyway some items went missing such as a grandfather clock and washer and dryer. Obviously the people who work for this company can't be trusted. We didn't have proof, so nothing could be done about it. Also the owner of this company did not return my phone calls. Just want to warn others. Edited for response from Darling Decor Too late. You are only responding now, because I wrote this review. I want people to know what a dishonest company this is. I also want to add there was some smoking going on inside of the house. Cigarette butts were found. The whole thing was very upsetting.
