Don’t use that ATM outside in the corner
It charges you 3.99 and on top of that CEFCO charges you another 1.50 without your knowledge for using it .
It appeared on my bank account the extra 1.50

I called with an issue, I was told there wasn’t a manager on shift to call in the morning. I called the morning told the manager my issue she said she would look into it. Half day later no call, so I called back. Again she takes my number but never calls. After calling for the 3rd time she is now gone for the day. Guess customer service isn’t that important. Not to mention cleaning the bathrooms, these bathrooms are worst then some of these truck stops. I’m sure corporate would love to see this.

Great hometown fuel depot with great service no matter which store I visit and most everyone that I've visited r open 24/7
Get their app and collect points for free stuff and u can check fuel prices before u get to the one that's on ur way.

The lady who cashed me out didn’t even let me put my number in to get my points on a 60$ ticket and when I was upset she didn’t even try to help me. Instead she rushed me and said it is what it is. Will not be coming back to this cefco ?

Soda from the fountain was flat and warm. I often get fountain drinks from other places with little to no ice and never had one be flat and warm straight from the fountain. Employees were friendly and fast, but the store seemed understaffed.

This store has the most unpleasant people working. They never greet you. Always have an attitude. It is really unfortunate, considering how busy this location is. You would think with all the customers that it serves that the customer service would be stellar. The only pleasant experience I have had here is with the African American gentleman that works the Night Shift. He was so pleasant and the other employees could learn from him. As customers, we shouldn’t have to tolerate people that hate their job, and take it out on us.

Just left. The cashier is beyond rude. This is the second review that I have left for this location. I wish it wasn’t close to home because it’s horrible. It needs a new staff- all of the manager type people there are lazy and rude- it’s always dirty in there- trash is everywhere- I wish Cefco would show some attention to this location. Every other location in town is so much nicer that this one.

Was just there buy a case of beer. The black cashier there cant even flip a beer case to scan the bar code she told me to flip the case so she can scan the code with rude face smh

The store is great but the Diesel pumps needs there filters cleaned. When it takes over 30 minutes to get a half a tank something is wrong.

I'm gonna start this off by staying I am a former employee of cefco.... I must say that the Customer service was severely lacking dare I say none existant... i was appalled by the the lady in there tonight Her name was Reno she was rude Beyond belief... From time to time cefco runs a sale on cigarettes sometimes offering them for 2 or 3 dollars a pack or sometimes offering 2 dollars off retail price... I purchased 4 packs of Pall mall menthol from this sale that where supposed to be 2 dollars off... When she went to ring it up it showed retail price of 7.51 a pack so I should have gotten them for 5.51 a pack....nope didn't happen she charged me 6 a pack saying she had to factor in the taxes... Now as a former employee of cefcos I knew this to be wrong and called her on it... She refused to alter the price to what it should have been... Ok... so at that point I requested she call her manager to straighten this out as is expected of the situation and she refused... So now I will be contacting corporate office as well as district manager over this it is rediculous to treat a customer that way
