Do not stay at this place. Overpriced for what you get: Trash all over the dumpster area, noisy neighbors and harsh lighting in the rooms, sticky shower handles, HORRIBLE management/owner. Did not sleep here (hubby and I and I are locals, water line issues at the house so we rented for One night for the shower) so I ride to the room in the morning on my bike, and immediately told by the apparent manager wandering around that I can't park there. I ask where it's permitted. He doesn't answer but demands ID. Apparently it doesn't matter if you're married to the person whose name is on the room, and I didn't even get to prove it with my ID before this manager is on the phone with the cops. There was absolutely no need for that, so I left without even entering the room we paid for. Unless you enjoy being unnecessarily harassed and threatened with police for no reason, do not stay here.

Does not have pool. exersize areas.Rooms: Small, quiet and relaxingFood & drinks: Can drinks be prepared to use coins.Noteworthy details: Decent walk to get coffee at 711.but will worth it

I have to say that I was expecting this place to be pretty dirty and gross and for the price it was very clean. Hope- you do an amazing job!! Thank you!I was pretty comfortable the whole stay!

The people at the front desk was really friendly.We stayed four nights.Our room had a front and back door, a table for two,a microwave,and a small refrigerator.We loved everything about the room we will be coming back in April.Walkability: There is a gas station and a restaurant within walking distance.

I left my 300 doller oculus quest 2 in my room. Left for breakfast and came back and my room was locked and cleaned. I went to front desk and waited for over an hour.. Sign said back soon. Ive been calling the number for 2 days... No..... Answer..

The front desk people are very friendly and the cleaning lady provides superior service. The wi-fi is fast and reliable. I will definitely be staying here again.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with great information about the surrounding areas. Rooms were clean and comfortable despite being a little beat up and dated, but what more can you ask for 60 bucks in this economy? 7/11 is a walk away where you can purchase those 99 cent Sandwiches and some brews to relax from a day of hard work. I spent much less than I expected for an overnight stay. If I’m passing through temple again, downtrodden and exhausted, I’ll stop by here, I will be happy just to lay my head down.

The place is definitely older, they seem to have tried to update the rooms. Our looked newly painted but still looked outdated.Price was @55, and the room was clean. It was a smoking room so there are stains, but for a cheap place to sleep it wasn't bad at all.Looks to have a lot of long stay guests, but it was quite and peaceful for being so close to the highway. They lost a breakfast, but the only thing they had was coffee..In a pinch I would stay again.

I stayed for five nights with my daughters every day our room were clean and sheets were clean too showered clean and restock. We were able to bring in our Doxie mix pup with us for an extra fee. Target it's close, the Mexican restaurant next door walking distance food was amazing and convenient. Two amazing lakes about 20 minutes away.Take care of your cleaning ladies because they do amazing inside and outside swept the halls empty the trash all around the building. Anybody can give an offensive rude review but people work hard to give their best service and definitely was good. Nothing fancy but clean bed and bathrooms isn't easy to find.

Rooms are nice but they "conveniently" never have rooms with weekly rates. Won't give you a weekly rate but want you to pay 79.99 a night regardless of how long you stay. I left. It's a ripoff.
