We need to pay a bill and ask him about an upgrade. Once I was finished. I noticed that my bill had an extra $4 charge of service. Am like then I should of pay it with the app but it was down had to go there never again I Rather wait I said again charge an extra four dollars

I experienced poor customer service when I went to this store. I was literally in tears after I walked out of the shop because I was so frustrated. I returned to the store because the color was already coming off the phone case when I cleaned it, but when I requested a replacement, I was told that they would offer a refund but would not replace the case. Apparently the phone cases are such poor quality that you cannot use alcohol on them to clean! When I asked to speak with a manager, the worker informed me that he was actually the owner of the store.The only positive aspect was that he did let me know about a way to fix an issue I was having with my new phone. Overall though, I feel that he only wants to sell products but is unwilling to help with anything else or make sure the customer has a pleasant experience. The person I interacted with was very condescending, patronizing, and unwilling to help. In the future, I will never go into this store again and will only purchase replacement phones online.

The place has gone down hill as well as the phone service. You barely get signal anywhere! Do not recommend, go to metro or cricket. Even straight talk is better than this place . Staff is not helpful, sold me a phone that already says there’s a battery issue, and refuses to help me fix it or trade it in…. I’m switching back to Metro ASAP

My nephew's phone got broken so we called paid the insurance so he could get another phone well the main didn't have the phone to send us so the guy who was helping us over the phone gave us a coupon number to go to out local store and get a replacement phone and to call the free activation to get the new phone activated. Well the guy who is working there his name is John, he was very rude and ugly to us telling us the coupon won't cover the whole phone which we had already planned to pay some extra money for the phone but then he said we couldn't leave the store without getting it activated. So we called the main company again put him on a two way call with the new lady that was helping us and he still argued, being rude and ugly to even the lady over the phone.When it all came down to it John was told if this is how we were going to be treated that we would take our business to another company like MetroPCS and he said alright well go there.

Male sales person that works there doesn't help you at all looks at you with a hateful look and doesn't care for your business .Don't go to the the 31st in Temple Tx . I switch phone carrier and they gave me a 100 & 1 service ...

There’s a lady not sure of her name. Speaks Spanish. Not gonna lie rudest lady I’ve ever meet. She immediately try’s to finds way to get people out of the store. She told me she was gonna charge me an activation fee even though I’m already a customer. She said it’s for her doing her job that’s why she needs the 15 dollar activation fee that goes to her pocket not the company. So basically in short don’t expect her to do her job unless your paying her commission other wise u get no service

Lady they replaced the other guy with is terrible. No customer service at all. I came in with a problem I had with a phone . After talking to customer service and them telling me to come to a store near me I do. And she tells me to use the store phone and call them. Boost has been an utter disappointment . Been a customer with them for years. Never had an issue. But wow do they suck when you do have an issue. This lady at this particular location with her lack of customer service skills put the cherry on top. I’m switching carriers
