“After the wind blew a tree limb into my "collector's truck", I was hesitant to allow anyone to touch it. It still had the original paint after 19 years. I selected Epperson bc of its reputation and competitive pricing. They fixed the truck in a timely fashion, but after picking it up, I noticed a slight flaw along the line of a panel. I took it back and asked their opinion. Immediately, the scheduled me to bring the truck back in and totally repainted the area, at no cost to me. Many say they have a "warranty", but Epperson's is "legit" and there were no questions asked or further payment required! Thank you Epperson, for keeping not only me, but those who will inherit the truck "happy campers"!!”

Since I was working through insurance, they let me know it may be a lengthy process, but the staff here got my car in four days after I called (through a weekend, so two business days), and got a quote on the repairs the same day it was dropped off. They let insurance know right away of the changes from their estimate and communicated with me along the way, which is very much appreciated. My car ended up being a total loss, but they helped me a lot even after the fact with getting the next steps handled. Thanks to everyone there!”
