Worst bank ever. Bank card was used fraudulently. Canceled it. Cash app isn't letting me add money unless I have a debit card. Zelle locked me out saying too many wrong pin numbers, which didn't happen. Fraud department can't unlock account. Says to call during normal business hours. Can't access any of my money from a federally backed bank because it's a holiday and they don't have anyone working in case of emergencies. On day 2.5 without access to funds and they said sorry.

What an awful start to the opening this week. Came yesterday and waited over 15 mins for a pen. Left before I got one. Here right now and am the only one in the drive thru and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to help me. Liked when it was BBVA better so far ?.

Terrible customer service if you need to ask a question or need help. Local branch was helpful but corporate help is nonexistent!

Horrible transfer to pnc!!!!The pnc mobile app is so trash you can’t see anything can’t look at passed transactions and statements! They don’t answer their phone! I’m for sure switching my bank I regret getting my car refinanced here!!!

I would not recommend this bank, I paid a loan off early and even though there was no prepayment penalty, they still found a way to charge a fee. THEY SUCKNever had that problem with another bank!

So I'm stuck in japan right now and my credit card got blocked...you are suppose to be able to unblock it if you have the app but it wont work not only that the only way I can unblock it is if I swim across the ocean and show to one of their banks with my id to prove its me. Too many problems with this bank I'm done with them once I find my way back.

As usual another bank that is money hungry. $38 for insufficient fees????? The online banking is days behind as well...
