Male manager on Saturday was a idiot told us our check wouldn't go through well it did. Worst bank I have ever been to definitely will never come back! Now I know why this place has bad reviews.

Literally in the bank. There is one person ahead of me. And 6 employees standing around doing nothing. An open clerk at the counter...just looking at me. How horribly managed!!

i have a serious problem with anyone who will listen. i have a trust fund contract with first valley bank of lehigh pa.when i got it in pa they never contacted me. then they merged with new jersey company. since the 90s it merged several times. now your company has been found to own it. so my question is where is my money and contract also whom can i contact like the ceo Bryan moynihan. this is a night mare for if i die no one knows who has my contract to pay for services please respond so we can resolve this important issue. The bank teller was very rude and disrespectful. I asked a simple question and she made me feel dumb for asking. It was very embarrassing and I will definitely use a use a different location moving forward.

I've been calling all day from the time they open per the advertised business hours of 9am-4pm.Does nobody work here????The ATM sucked up my card on Saturday and the branch wasn't open and yesterday was a holiday. I've been calling to have it retrieved from the machine but the nobody is answering the phone.Where are the employees?!!!

You are not a customer even if you have a third party prepaid debit card which requires you to call Bank of America for customer service which has your information in their system and you have to deal with them one-on-one to fix any issues so you're not allowed to get notary service whatsoever because you must open a checking or savings account first since you're not a customer even though you use their products and have to speak to them directly for service

This place deserves no stars at all but getting one because I been a member for so long but very unhappy. Spent all day at the bank over 1 hour and got no where staff and manager are rude. Waiting lines are long not enough people working to help keep lines short and customers happy. Huge man needs to make his calls shorter with clients not sit there and talk his life away customers waiting to see him. Manager you need to be more helpful and have a better attitude with customers. Had not noticed all your other reviews till I was going to write one. Pretty sad for Bank Of America.....

If I could give zero stars I would.... spoke to a rep at the call center and she refused to tell me what a deposit related policy was . AFTER 55 minutes on hold I got NOTHING!!!I have been trying to get a person at the local branch to answer the phone for 42 minutes!!!!BOA needs to remember what made them a bank..... SERVICE!!!I will be moving all of my accounts as soon as possible!!!

Horrible service to many employees doing nothing the lines always by the front door, managers in the back room or hidden from the public, two employees in front one doing the night deposit that should be at the beginning of the the day before bank open for business, that should be done by a early teller or the manager, no when the bank opens and is a line of 40 people waiting for service and only one employee, this is the reason this country is the way it is.
