“Our van broke down just before we were going to travel long distance for essential medical services to lay the foundation for an organ transplant for my significant other.
There was time for Quick Wrench to do the repairs and we’d still make our appointments but we’d be home bound and not able to do much else in preparation which is more stress than we needed. They moved our repair to priority, found the parts locally and finished the work same day as estimate was approved. Additionally, final cost was under estimate.

“After the wind blew a tree limb into my "collector's truck", I was hesitant to allow anyone to touch it. It still had the original paint after 19 years. I selected Epperson bc of its reputation and competitive pricing. They fixed the truck in a timely fashion, but after picking it up, I noticed a slight flaw along the line of a panel. I took it back and asked their opinion. Immediately, the scheduled me to bring the truck back in and totally repainted the area, at no cost to me. Many say they have a "warranty", but Epperson's is "legit" and there were no questions asked or further payment required! Thank you Epperson, for keeping not only me, but those who will inherit the truck "happy campers"!!”

Easy enough to get to if you have the navigating app. A little out of the way if you're following directions somebody told you... I might suggest it could maybe stand a couple of signs directing traffic from the more traveled roadway, something at each turn telling you which way to go and you're almost there? But this is the 21st century and pretty nearly everybody has a handheld Gadget that can get them where they want to go... ?”

I brought my own parts, they didn't scoff at me.Outside of the battery price, though to be fair the battery they put in is priced properly...I would have bought a Walmart battery.I will only use this shop going forward.I work on my own cars mostly but when I'm being lazy or it requires more tools than I want to buy, I'm going here.It's hard to find a good mechanic, these guys are a gem.Took less than 24hours to have my car fully operational again.Service: Engine repair”

“We have had multiple great experiences this month alone! Started with a transmission issue for which our warranty company tried to fight and haggle, but the staff was wonderful in advocating for us and ensured we got a new transmission instead of parts pieced together as a temporary fix. A few weeks later we had to go back due to a new sensor going off. When the van computer didn't save that in its system and they were unable to diagnose they told me to bring it back in without an appointment. They took it back in without hesitation, quickly diagnosed the problem and again advocated for us with the warranty company. They had it approved and parts ordered the same day. The best part is the fact that they will take you home and pick you up anywhere in belton or temple. Instead of stressing over an Uber or bothering friends, they were happy to get me home and pick me up to retrieve the vehicle! Everyone I came in contact with was beyond kind. I am so grateful our warranty company sent us their way. They will be our go to for all automotive needs.”

“Unfortunately, I became stranded while traveling very far from home. My alternator belt snapped, during a heavy rainstorm and I was by myself and unsure how I was even going to get home. I was referred to Mr. Mcnamara's shop and was able to get it to him pretty quickly. If you are in Temple Texas, I am telling you. Do not bother going anywhere else other than this shop. My car was fixed quickly and very thoroughly. Everything was checked to make sure that it was safe for me to continue and get home safely. The pricing was beyond amazing. I was also able to spend a time with an amazing receptionist and had a wonderful discussion on family and life in general. I was amazed at how delicate, caring and incredibly kind everyone was. Please make sure and give Willie, Max and the other two pups extra scratches for me. The opossums also. lol Thank the mechanic for working so hard and doing such a wonderful job! Thank you is not enough. Good people do exist. I FOUND THEM.”
