“After the wind blew a tree limb into my "collector's truck", I was hesitant to allow anyone to touch it. It still had the original paint after 19 years. I selected Epperson bc of its reputation and competitive pricing. They fixed the truck in a timely fashion, but after picking it up, I noticed a slight flaw along the line of a panel. I took it back and asked their opinion. Immediately, the scheduled me to bring the truck back in and totally repainted the area, at no cost to me. Many say they have a "warranty", but Epperson's is "legit" and there were no questions asked or further payment required! Thank you Epperson, for keeping not only me, but those who will inherit the truck "happy campers"!!”
“We are very thankful for Overspray and their willingness to take our car after the Temple storms. Her car was undrivable due to the sunroof was completely destroyed. Even though they were full they worked her car in and started working on it so that we could get our rental through insurance. They completed many repairs in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. Easy enough to get to if you have the navigating app. A little out of the way if you're following directions somebody told you... I might suggest it could maybe stand a couple of signs directing traffic from the more traveled roadway, something at each turn telling you which way to go and you're almost there? But this is the 21st century and pretty nearly everybody has a handheld Gadget that can get them where they want to go... ?”

“Did they overcharge me for the battery? Maybe.Did they get the work done quickly and effectively? Yep!I came in, told them the issue and the got to work. I brought my own parts, they didn't scoff at me.Outside of the battery price, though to be fair the battery they put in is priced properly...I would have bought a Walmart battery.I will only use this shop going forward.I work on my own cars mostly but when I'm being lazy or it requires more tools than I want to buy, I'm going here.It's hard to find a good mechanic, these guys are a gem.Took less than 24hours to have my car fully operational again.Service: Engine repair”

“Gerber was an approved shop for SF insurance. I called several other locations without success and decided to call Gerber. The receptionist was very polite from the start. Was able to drive my vehicle there for estimates etc so that made it easier for my situation.Everyone at this shop was very friendly and professional! I also noticed how clean the parking lot and shop areas were. Collision Manager was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in selecting this shop. (They have a ton of work coming in everyday but don’t make their new customers feel like another number.)Updates were sent on time regarding repair status. Upon completion, my vehicle looked awesome. I was really happy with the results. My overall experience was excellent. Can’t say enough about the overall professionalism, including the technicians.I highly recommend Gerber. Don’t waste your time or stress out searching up and down the approved list. Call Gerber, get your vehicle there, and let them get to work. Hope this helps your experience!”

“My ford expedition engine light came on I read all of the reviews about the Ford dealership in Killeen, Texas and they were not good. I read the review on Johnson Brothers Ford in Temple and I only saw one bad review so I took my expedition to them. I was told I needed certain repairs done after they ran a diagnostic on all of the items I listed one of the parts I had repaired turns out could have waited the part that can't really wait will now have to wait because it's just as expensive as the part that I had repaired over $2,000 Ford won't help with the cost because they say my vehicle is too old even though I just had a Ford dealership put a brand new engine in it. Justin did his best to try to get them to help me with the cost of the repair but he was told my truck is too old.He went out of his way to help me out. I'm a little disappointed how my case was handled, but I am glad to have my truck back.”
