Dr. Delaney is AMAZING! If you are fearful of dentists and have been putting off treatment this is the place to go. Everyone is welcoming and non judgmental. Edith is the best hygienist ever! I recommend Aspen Dental Temple hands down.Update-04/03/24- Monica Monica Monica! She is personable, super friendly, ,and knowledgeable. She instantly made me feel at ease. She explained everything step by step and when I say everything I mean everything. She is very detailed. You can tell that she loves her job. She is Awesome. Promote her ASAP!

Had a good experience the first time last year but here lately have not had good experience. Had been scheduled wrong every time I called and when I am having tooth pain they didn't even seem like they cared.

This practice is wonderful! I was greeted with friendly office staff and extremely thorough and clean dental work. I came in for a cleaning and had a great overall experience. Dr. DeLaney was friendly and really took care of me. 10/10 visit, will be bringing my kids here too.

Worst place I ve been They over whelm you with a comprehensive plan to get your teeth to 100% instead of discussing the problem you are there for. Dental assistants and front desk lady has a attitude and act too busy to deal with you. Unfortunately the dentist was very nice but has people around him that are rude. Save yourself some heart ache go somewhere else.

If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would, but I’ll give them one because the dentist was actually pleasant, but the front office staff and hygienist have the worse attitudes. I’ve never met staff who think they can talk to you any type of way and you are suppose to put up with it. After my first cleaning with this staff I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after my last interaction with the front office staff today I WILL NOT be returning. I see there are several complaints about the rudeness of front office staff and higher up has yet to correct it.

I went last month ago, took almost 2 hours to do an Xray since im a new patient, then hygieniest look on my teeth then she said its not a basic cleaning it needs a deep cleaning, then front desk called me on how much the total for just the cleaning its costs 2k, but good thing i didnt say yes so I transfer to private clinic in Temple which Im super happy I did because doctor said my teeth is clean so she did basic cleaning and my insurance covered for it so its free. never ever go to a chain dentist.

Today I visited the Temple, TX location. I must admit everyone was so nice & welcoming! Dr. Delaney came in & explained everything to me in detail. When I told her I didn’t understand something she took the time & explained it to me again. She was so patient & I absolutely love her! I recommend Aspen Dental in Temple, TX with 5 stars!
