Great covered parking for your boat, mini rv and more, as well as standard storage available.The one reason for 4 stars is the gate that says it'll be closed and you need a code to get in (for those with items in the gate/ locked up facility) is ALWAYS OPEN. For folks looking for assurances on their property not being tampered with, and having a code to get it, why is the gate open every time I go (I have a friend who has items there and that's my only 'red flag' I've seen). The opening/gate is also not the widest I've seen for storage facilities, so if you have monster vehicle, fyi.Other than that, good location, right by shopping and eateries.

Phenomenal front desk, polite and friendly. Grounds are well maintained, clean, and have large pathways for most moving vehicles. 24 hour access gates and multiple security cameras provide a feeling of security, along with the extra security fence surrounding the premises. Has multiple size units along with covered parking and extra large covered/non covered parking spots for vehicles of all sizes. Right off of Adams street, providing quick access to both I35 and 317. Legitimate 5 star rating from walking through the door, to their great rates. Amazing experience will do all future storage arrangements with this company, would recommend to family and friends.

24-hour access, great property, very nice people. Prices are good, units are clean! Units size from small to large. They also have parking spaces available for rvs, trailers, boats!
