My mom and I shared a unit for over a year. The entire unit became infested with rats and almost everything had urine and fecal matter in it, lost thousands of dollars worth of personal possessions. Furthermore, the units price was raised over %100 of the previous rate, now it’s $160/month. Business denied any responsibility over units it provides, and justified the insane price gouging due to “gas prices.” It’s a self storage facility, faculty or lack there of does not commute. Literally go anywhere else.

Alpha Omega was recommended by our neighborhood members and they did not disappoint. Ray did an amazing job with our American Range double oven. He had not worked on the oven before but he took the time and effort to figure out what was wrong - the top oven convection fan was running during the normal bake and the lower oven was not heating. He patiently and efficiently took out the heavy oven on a dolly and worked through each section to find and, more importantly, fix the issues. I highly recommend Alpha Omega (and Ray) and now have a great company that I can depend on to fix my oven. Thanx Ray!!

this place is horrible you pay them every month and your stuff gets eaten by rats. all my stuff was molded and covered in rat piss and p**** they need to be shut down

These people are amazing!!! - right from the folks who help set the appointments to Chris(who was our technician). We have had him check our dishwasher and washer/dryer and both the times the service has been GREAT!!! He is knowledgeable, takes his time with the repairs and very accommodating with the requests. I recommend these guys if you want your appliance to be well taken care of!

Thanks to Chris our spare fridge is back up and running. We thought the mother board had gone out but nope only some kind of relay. Was very professional and practiced social distancing. Very honest and reasonably priced. Called when he was on his way. Thanks for great service.

All I can say is wow. Our refrigerator stopped working today. It was packed with food and frozen meat and we were worried about losing it all. I called AO at 3pm for help. Ray arrived, diagnosed, had the replacement part in his truck, fixed, cleaned up and was gone at 4pm. Honestly, the fastest, most efficient appliance service I've ever had. I'd give them 6 stars if that was possible.

Our refrigerator conked out recently, and I surveyed my local area for recommendations for appliance repair services. The consensus was that Alpha Omega was the place to go. I took that advice, and was glad I did. They got out to me in less than 24 hours, diagnosed the problem, had the needed part on the truck, and fixed it. After a few days, it needed a minor adjustment, and they came back within a few hours and took care of that, too. If I need another appliance repair in the future, I'll go back to Alpha Omega!

We wouldn't work with them again. It was expensive and the repair person who came out was dishonest. Surprised that their reviews are so good on Angie's List. On top of that, about 6-7 months after the expensive replacement/repair, it broke again.

Our refrigerator died recently and Alpha and Omega were recommended by my friend who works at Kinsey Plumbing. They came over same-day and diagnosed the problem quickly and explained it in terms I could understand. They had to order a new control board, but the part completely fixed the fridge, and it is back to running like new. I recommend Alpha Omega, and will call them again if I need appliance service.

same day service and i guess that deserves a positive review. i was supposed to get a senior discount but even when i called and assured they would send a partial refund that did not happened. their bill is just a total no breakdown of parts or labor cost. the belt tension pulley needed to be replaced. the part including a new belt online is under $25 and i did not get a new belt. no estimate was given, just a bill when completed.

We have used the services of Alpha Omega twice during the past few months. The first time was for our dishwasher having problems draining, and recently for our dual ovens not reaching and maintaining the set temperature. In each instance we were completely satisfied with the outcome. The technicians were friendly and respectful about working in our home. Both made sure we understood how they were approaching a solution to our problems. They arrived at the scheduled time and left the worksite clean. During our most recent visit we were given very clear direction on how to adjust the calibration settings for our ovens if needed in the future. It's a great relief to have a local company that we can rely on.
